Being claustrophobic I could never do the closed scanner ,the young man who did my scan put me at ease from the onset .All the staff including the receptionist are very caring and professional .I would give them all five stars

No waiting around and easy to find and clean and process easy.

Great service and friendly staff. Easy for claustrophobics to use.

Made to feel really comfortable the staff were so nice, for people with claustrophobia it is the only way to go, I basically sat in a chair and watched only fools and horses

RELAXING AND EFFICIENT. WOULD RECOGNIZE THIS ANYTIME

The entire process was very satisfactory.
Being claustrophobic, I found this to be a very good option for the MRI scan. It went really well.
I was initially scared, but the staff were quite reassuring, and did everything to make me comfortable. Once the scan started, I was good till it was completed.

Also, booking my appointment was easy and staff was very helpful.

I got a walk in appointment which was so appreciated. The staff were all positive, friendly and professional. The upright MRI scanner was a revolution. No claustrophobic experience.

I was made welcome was reassured by staff and asked to relax

Staff made me feel relaxed straight away , not really something you want to repeat every week , but was the best it could be

Easy from start to finish.
Great way to have a scan if uncomfortable with enclosed space + able to watch TV as it’s being done.
Very helpful staff made the experience very pleasant.

Good Location,polite receptionist and nursing staff ,no waiting time ,Very good Radiologist s response to Consultant s request.

Do not be fooled by their high prices. High price does not indicate quality. Their scanners are old; they told me they had them reconditioned in 2017. Best practice for safety and accuracy are scanners that are less than 10 years old. A bigger problem is the admin are incredibly unhelpful and rude. The admin assistant I spoke to was openly aggressive. If that's the contempt they have for patients with cancer, then I do not trust their clinical standards either.

I cannot fault the MRI scan it self a must for people that have claustrophobia like my self , lovely staff , I’m just have a problem getting the results to the right person

It’s was quick , no waiting getting anxious. Staff were great , explained all the procedures, put me at my ease .

This company is very good. I am severely disabled and went for a scan at Medserena in Manchester. Staff were very helpful, friendly and professional.

I would definitely recommend this company.

EVERYTHING! From the receptionist, to the kind radiographer who explained to me every single detail to the possibility for my husband to be there and not feel locked in a tunnel and the scan itself. You have created a human-friendly atmosphere for a scan that in itself could be frightening let alone the nature and findings of it. I have recommended MEDSERENA to many friends already.

Obviously not going through a tunnel but the lady who did the scan was so helpful. Couldn’t have gone any better.
