Polite staff all made you feel at ease. Fast efficient service would recommend.

Honest,polite . I was shaking when I arrived. From entering I was made to feel at ease. Everything was explained beforehand and the examination was so straightforward. Great staff with a great work ethic.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. I’m extremely claustrophobic but had absolutely nothing to worry about. Totally put at ease and I actually dozed off during the scans whilst watching tv. I just sat upright in a chair and wore a wide belt. Totally open was almost like a fairground ride and I was talked through every 4 minute scan by my lovely radiologist. Also I need to give special thanks to Emma who managed to squeeze me in last minute to make sure the results were available in time for my upcoming appointment with my consultant. Both Emma and my radiologist are a real credit to the company.

Overall an outstanding experience and I can thoroughly recommend Medserena.

Medserena is a friendly,punctual clean,efficient place to have any procedure especially a scan. I needed an upright scan after my spine became arched with no reason, staff were amazing however during my scan there was an incident in which I was hurt but the staff was so polite, and sincerely apologised and they were wonderful . Would recommend to anyone.

So easy and relaxing taking all of the stress about being enclosed away .

The best medical experience to date! and I am in my 40s!

I was reffered to Medserena after a long standing head injury and issues with my back and neck and not being able to go into the tube due to claustrophobia. Phoning me up to arrange the appointment, they where very polite and offered me a range of appointment days and times within days! That was my first shock! Brilliant!

It was easy to get to via train and tube, and easy to find from the Gloucester Road tube station-its just round the corner. When I arrived, access was easy, just a simple camera buzzer and door, with wheelchair access if needed. I chose the stairs, but it did look like there was a lift.

Upon arrival the staff where extremely warm and friendly. Asking if I wanted a drink and to take a seat in the very comfortable waiting area. I was probably waiting no longer than 10 mins, which in itself is amazing!

The radiography was incredible. Put me at ease right away, explained eveything and then proceeded to do my scans. When finished the scans, could see my issue right away. So now, the ball is going back to my doctor! Finally I have some answers! So I am over the moon!

This is the best medical expeirence I have ever had and I have had ALOT of medical expeirences, if only they where all this comfortable and easy!

When I was leaving, I asked the kind lady at the desk for my scan reports to be sent to me-and she said no problem. And they arrived before i even got back on the tube to go home!! My mind is blown!!!

All of the staff there are on a whole next level. Would fully recommend to anyone that needs an MRI and is unable to enter the tube version.

Really understanding - I have recently been to a different MRI Centre in London and this one was more professional, caring staff, a larger size room which helps with the claustrophobia rather than big machine small room in previous clinic attended. I would 100% recommend here if you are claustrophobic and need an MRI scan.

wonderful people putting you at your ease

I was referred to Medserena due to my claustrophobia and tinnitus.I had a long scan on my spine and sacroiliac joints. The whole process was very calming and I was in communication with the employee doing the scan.I was sat in a chair rather than the usual tube . I can strongly recommend this place , particularly if you are having a long scan .

Efficient booking service, although appointment time was brought forward. Staff very friendly and reassuring. As a nervous patient the commentary on the progress of the MRI was very helpful.
