Nothing to much trouble when asking questions about phone,and service was great

Visited the shop for the first time today around 4.30. Spoke with the young chap, remiss of me not to get his name, who was really helpful and friendly.
He explained the new gel safety system to me and so bad my granddaughters iPhone 15 screen saver changed to the new gel protector and had my Apple Watch done at the same time.
Price and service were excellent and couldn’t ask for more.
I have arranged for my wife to pop in and have the gel protector for her phone and watch.
I will be recommending the shop to anyone who will listen.

Absolutely fantastic!! I can't rate them highly enough.
I thought I'd bricked my iPad after I forgot the passcode and couldn't get it to reset using my PC. I sent an e-mail off to these guys and they got back to me quickly, assured me they could reset it, double checked I had all the information I needed, and arranged collection and delivery for me.
Literally the same day they received it they were in touch letting me know it arrived safely and was being reset. The VERY NEXT DAY it was back in my hands, good as new!! They didn't even charge me!!

HIGHLY recommended. Friendly, approachable, great communication and super super awesome to deal with! 10/10 would trust with my devices again.

Very impressed with the overall Service and time it took to repair 2 of our Iphones. Both were collected and returned within 3 days, came back as good as new. They also provide an in depth analysis report for each device. Big thanks to Dan and the Cambridge Team who went over and above what I expected. Great communication throughout and great price for the work completed. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Asked for my battery to be replaced. Afterwards my phone was muted and the camera didn’t work. Took phone back. Small problem. Easily fixed. Everyone at Mendmyi very helpful. I would use them again despite glitch.

All through the process from posting off my iPad through the diagnostic checks, repair and return by post I was kept informed and kept in contact with the same member of staff (Dan) who was really helpful. The service could not have been bettered.
Will be recommending the service to friends, family and work colleagues.

iPad fix went fine and everything's working again. The only hitch was I didn't get the email for the express delivery and had to phone them up to resend. It would have worked out quicker to post it myself.

The fix took a while but it was over Christmas I don't think that was an issue.

Would recommend the service to anyone with a broken iPad Air.

Always honest and will not recommend repair of your device if it’s not the best thing for you to do, our family have used them a lot

A great job completed however there needs to be far better communication between the booking in staff and the people who repair it!
Deadline dates and delivery was discussed when payment was made but this was not communicated to the people who completed the task.

Great same day service! very pleased.
