Had to take my son’s iPhone in for a repair. Was fitted with a new battery within an hour and screen sorted where battery had swollen. Excellent service and would definitely recommend.

Repaired iPhone screen and sent back 24 hours later. Brilliant! Highly recommended.
Repair report was valueable tool to reinforce professional response. Admin needs work. Emails are so poorly formatted they are almost worthless and information regarding courier was just wrong
Having broken my screen about 4 months ago, i beoke it the next day. Hung it out till the screen finally went off. Contacted the guys at MendmyI, yes only screens are hard to come accross. However, within 7 days it was repaired. Good as new again. Thanks.

I was really nervous about entrusting my iPad to these guys - I've read so many bad things about other services (though not mendmyi). However, they did a great job. Bang on time, great communication, flexible with collection, perfect job, no extras and all with a smile. It's not the most sophisticated looking outfit but having seen the separate retail area and the workshop (Haverhill branch) I can see that they are a bunch of young tech guys who know what they are doing and that is an honest service for sensible money. I only wish I'd gone sooner as I have been staring at a crack on my screen so long I almost miss it now. Highly recommended.
Addendum - can you believe the owner rang me to thank me for my review and said he couldn't wait to share it with the team? Stunning - real people with old school service. Next time I kneel on my iPad getting my 3 year old into the car, I want to know these guys will be there. Use them, please.
Booked the call out service to get my IPad Mini screen repair as was dropped by my daughter. paid £97 for this.
Got a phone call back and was told that they can't do that service as my IPad requires more complex repairing, so agreed for them to pick it up.
Ipad picked up (Friday) when they said, some young lad in his own car was a bit of a strange way of collecting, and kept informed by email of its arrival at their workshop
IPad returned on the Monday again when they stated via courier. Checked the Ipad and found it auto filled the passcode causing the IPad to disable itself. Phoned to inform them it wasn't working, they said they were unable to check it as they didn't have the passcode, but they never called to ask for it.
Asked them to rectify the issue.
Picked up the IPad (Thursday) and got a call to say that because it had disabled itself it needed to be completely reset. Luckily i have it all backed up via the ICloud.
Agreed to this and then i heard nothing. Phoned them up on the Tuesday to see where we were and was told it was fixed and ready to be sent back, they were going to drop it in at 09:00am on Wednesday.
Went into work late so i could wait in, no delivery. Got phone call at 11:00 to say they had missed the delivery slot will deliver again the next day, this time successfully.
IPad is now working.
This has taken way too long and was not the service that was asked for or expected. Luckily i have an IPhone and therefore wasn't completely without access to my information but had this been my only device i would have been extremely unhappy at this level of service.

Had a phone call from Mendmyi to discuss the issues i have faced and was impressed with the level of honesty and commitment to rectifying the issues going forward.
Compensation was offered without asking as the service provided didn't meet the service paid for.

I had a problem with my iphone, meandmyi not only provided helpful information online about common iphone problems - free for anyone to read, but also responded promptly on social media to my additional questions arout the service and what repair I might need. I sent my iphone off to them via their secure courier service, they kept me updated as to when my phone was safely recieved and when they carried out the diagnostic checks. It turned out that my phone did not need both the repairs that I thought it did, so they said they would refund part of my payment as I only had one repair to carry out.
Once it was done they sent a report stating that they had checked everything, and sent me courier tracking details for the return of my phone. It arrived exactly as expected and works perfectly now. It's such a relief to have it back and working properly. I definitely recommend the service to anyone who needs professional and efficient phone repairs.
My brand new iphone seemed beyond repair after a nasty accident left the screen in dozens of pieces, and yet mendmyi were able to replace the screen and restore the phone to working order, and within a lightning quick turnaround.
They did an incredible job with the repair; a new, high quality screen with no marks or dust behind it.
Excellent customer service and an exceptional repair. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended!

Having found the mendmyI website through a search engine I then visited the Sudbury shop to find it is now a gents hairdressers, a second call to the local number revealed that the nearest shop is in Haverhill, once there I received good service and will use again.

So impressed by the service I received. My iPad was collected,mended perfectly and back with me within 5 days (including a weekend). Regular email updates kept me informed. My iPad arrived back in perfect shape with a complimentary branded neoprene protective cover. A fantastic service that I would thoroughly recommend.
Sent iPad off Tuesday afternoon and out was back in my hands by Friday lunch time. Was kept well informed of each stage of the prices. Fairly pricey but worth it, nothing compared to Apple!
3 day turnaround via express ups. Phone looks like new. As good as direct to apple with less hassle. Apple absolute pain to deal with. These guys keep you informed every step of the way and take all the fuss out of sending your phone for fixing. Mine needed a new screen following a drop. And I now have it in my hand fixed. On my way! Writing this review on it. Only downside is it is expensive.
They were the only place that could fix my ipad air 2 and the service right through from the couriers who picked the parcel up to the contact with me whilst ipad was being fixed was second to none.
Will be using them again should if the need arises and will recommend them to others.
Insurance company elected to use MendmyI to provide a replacement for my damaged MacBook Pro
Attempt 1 : They sent me a MacbookPro with a German keyboard and it had not been wiped of the previous customers installation
Attempt 2: Send me one with a UK keyboard , but this one had a fault on the battery indicated by the built in self test
Attempt 3: They replaced the battery, this lasted just over 2 months than started experiencing strange battery issues when charging. Sent the machine back they replaced the battery again and had it on test for over a week and declared it working.
Within a couple o days of receiving the laptop back The same issues where occurring that were supposed to have been fixed by issue 3.
Throughout this whole experience I have been unable to speak to a manager as they are either in another office/unavailable. Although promises were made about managers contacting me, this has not happened.
They may be ok with iPhones, but stay clear for Macs
Oh and before I got my laptop back from attempt 3 they insinuated that any repairs done under warranty do not carry an additional warranty on the repair

My only reservation for future is that your device is away in total for most of a week - not sure this is an easily solvable issue though.
