I bought this bracelet to hold some charms. I bought a size S, since the last one purchased at that size worked well. First off, it’s a beautiful, heavy piece of jewelry.
One thing I did not think about is that the bracelet would be smaller with the charms on it; it is unusable for that purpose; a $700+ mistake. I had to buy another friggin bracelet.
Another issue is that ALL clasps on Mene bracelets are SO small I have to have others put it on my wrist and they need 3 hands to efficiently accomplish that task. Make the clasps larger.

I purchased a pendant as a birthday gift and was impressed with the quality and the manner it was presented in, meaning it was gift ready, wrapped and ready to give as a gift. It is unusual to find 24K gold jewelry and having the ability to buy pure gold is great option and Mene's transparency in pricing really makes me appreciate this brand. I am satisfied with the quality, transparency, and customer service to address any questions I have. So far my experience with customer service has been great. I plan on buying jewelry for myself, both as a great gift to myself and also for investing.

This is one of my favorite companies. I think they feel expensive and it is only due to their purity and integrity. You will pay for 24KT always . Not many in the space do this. You have truth in cost 💲 and can cross shop them with London index which is live on their site. These are special occasions type jewelry not every day. Light weight but 100% legit and exclusive.

When I opened the package for the two pairs of stud CROSS Earrings, I was greatly disappointed to receive one gift box for the Two pair of earrings I ordered; I intended to give the gift to two people.
The gift wrap was beautiful and impressive. until I found I couldn't send the second pair due to not having an appropriate box or documentation..Your policy of only sending one gift wrap for multiple purchases of the same product does not make sense, I later read your policy .
I would like a small gift box for my orphaned pair.

The add says 6.03!grams of 24k the paper that it came with says 5.92 so there is a bit a difference there . If you can not even send what I paid for then why do business with you ever again.

I loved their ideas, and I loved their items until I purchased them.
But I was very disappointed after the purchas it and let them know about the big problem.
It is just another company with a selfish leader with ideas for their benefit only, regardless of their customer loss because of them.

Their attitude to e problems is highly unthinkable. they only want the sweet things, like a kid in the business.

Do not purchase Mini Linear Link Chain and Bracelet; you will lose while wearing them, it is defect and they don't accept the facts just insist their way without trying.

Nice pieces, fast shipping. Their markup is competitive for gold jewelry, much less than you will pay for say 14k gold from a typical jewelry retailer. That being said, the markup is higher than the 20% they claim so they should clear that up. I wish their rings were available in larger sizes. I would love to get an index finger ring but I need a size 14!

I love my collection. They are nice. I would love to see the Labor go down a little.

I am so happy and thankful for my gold etched arrow ring!! I ordered on Saturday night and had the ring in my hands on the following Wednesday. I love the design and the cost of the ring and am so in love with my purchase. I don’t think I’ll ever take the ring off thank you.

The pieces are really nice. The rubber backing is strange, it’s a gold connecter encased in rubber (because the gold connecting component is so small). I recommend making the gold back bigger and charging a premium if necessary. Nonetheless, my sister held the Pyramid pieces and said “Wow! They’re heavy” so that definitely left a good impression.

I appreciated the secure and quick delivery. My penchant came beautifully packaged. It was perfect, small, dainty but it still had a nice weight. The piece was lovely and exactly what I was looking for.
