used to trust dr. mercola. emailed the company this week to ask about the raw material source for the liposomal C.... the part of the answer that I didnt like "synthetic corn from china.... and palm oil". never buying again.... been taking it for years, im so mad at myself I didnt ask the company sooner.

Fast acting high quality supplements
I suffer from hormonal disorder and after some research I found mercola supplements. Mercola supplements are fast acting ,Due to being fermented which helps your body to absorb vitamins faster. I highly recommend them and have been using for a few years now

Seriously?
After being on hold for almost 20 minutes for Customer Service, I decided to hang up and call the sales line where some very rude woman answered in under 2 minutes... go figure? I had just had 1 question to ask and rudely was told she'd answer ..."as a one time courtesy"
When I asked if Mercola supplements were made in China, (she confirmed sourced) her rudeness escalated and she reminded me to be sure to call Customer Service next time..
This was the first and last time I will be giving this company my business.

Lamentamos que no se haya recibido el pedido. Nuestros registros muestran que enviamos el pedido a la dirección proporcionada, sin embargo, no pasó la aduana de su país. Como nuestro agente respondió en su mensaje, estaremos encantados de reembolsarle este pedido. Dado que el pedido tiene más de un año, el reembolso sería en forma de cheque. We apologize that the order was never received. Our records show that we shipped the order to address provided, however, it did not clear your countries customs. As our agent replied in their message, we are more than happy to refund this order for you. Since the order is over a year old the refund would be in the form of a check. We like to verify the mailing address so the check is sent to the correct address. We did recently update our shipping company from DHL to FedEx, so we could attempt to reship the order again.
