Just a quick message to say thanks so much for all your help, patience and advice over the last few months. The move (finally) went very well and we are now mostly settled in. I'm aware you guys do this all the time but we haven't for 25yrs and you made efficient and almost easy! The packing and unpacking was so logical and professional 👏. A great company who made our rather hurried move as easy and stress-free as it could have been under the circumstances. Michal, Tomek, Darek, Piotrek, Piotr, and Maciek - not forgetting Eva in the office - were all unfailingly polite and helpful. Emails were always answered promptly, and reaching the company on the phone was never difficult. Top marks all round. We were so happy with the service that we ended up giving back the money we'd saved by negotiating a price reduction, in the form of a tip for the removal guys!

Everything about the service we received was professional; from the initial quote to the completed move. On the day of our move, the removal men were competent, friendly and kind. Highly recommended.

MGR gave a window of went to arrive between 830 and 930 and they arrived at 8:30 promptly.

The three man crew were brilliant. They packaged up everything in a tidy neat way, were able to remove things from my flat which I did not think possible. They always asked whether certain things need to be packed away. They were also able to dismantle both my beds to be secured safely.

My contact at MGR Justyna was very friendly and always available to answer all my questions regarding the moving process. I will be definitely recommending MGR to friends and family that’s all moving. But in particular Justyna and the three man team.

From beginning to end, a smooth process for what is normally high-stress.

I've used MGR 3 times in the past 5 years: 1) when I moved homes in 2019, and 2) and 3) when I moved out and back into my home due to renovations. I also used their packing service in addition to the removals element.

Booking: simple via email mostly with as expected info before getting a quote back, and then confirming. Ewa handles this and she's clear and thorough.

Price: neither the cheapest nor the most expensive. Pay for the quality of service and hasslefree rather than go cheap (as friends have had horror stories) and get problems.

Packing, dismantling and reassembling: MGR provides good cardboard boxes and tape. Each time the team were efficient, calm and precious posessions were handled carefully. Nothing broken or damaged in all these times. They were also able to dismantle beds and other furniture to transport before putting back together at the destination without fuss.

Transport and literal moving: the van looks clean and in good nick. The driver was able to navigate parking in a narrow residential road. The team of 3 (for a 2-bed house with lots of furniture and possessions) were able to box, load, and unload the van in 75 mins each time.

The team were professional, courteous and efficient, packing things very safely but also quickly.

The whole process before and during the move was very straightforward and I would not hesitate to use MGR again, as well as strongly recommend.

Great management from Ewa Borys who was very easy to deal with when we made the first enquiry and throughout the move. Tomek, Piotr and Maciek were amazing on the day. Will always use MGR in the future they take the strain out of the process!

I have no hesitation in recommending MGR removals. I dealt with EWA for the arrangements. She was efficient, polite, friendly and reassuring. She answered emails and questions promptly. I received a detailed written quote. The crew were on site on time and had loaded up and were on the way to the destination within the hour - no hanging about! I had been quoted for a minimum 4 hours and the whole move only took about 2 and a half but it was worth it to have the professionalism and peace of mind. Would definitely use again.

MGR were fantastic from beginning to end. From Michael’s first visit to the support from Ewa in the office, everything was great. They are very responsive and helpful. The guys on the day were fantastic, arrived bang on time (early in fact) and worked so hard. There was a delay with getting into our new home due to the old resident not being ready, but the whole team were very patient and did a great job of getting everything in and in place. Sorry guys I can’t remember all your names but Tomasz, Peter, Darek and team you were fantastic. I would highly recommend MGR.

End to End the service was flawless!

After initial contact the Michael carried out a site survey over WhatsApp video he advised on what the level of service will be what would be included on the day how many boxes etc would be required if we needed packaging from them.

Eva in the office managing the move end to end answering any questions and was quick to help and respond to all of my queries.

And finally the boys Tomek, Darek & Mateusz made the move easy on the day - they were like machines!

The boys took the stress out of the move and are an asset to the company!

Absolutely trustworthy and reliable. When the team arrived, they didn’t even let us touch anything. They made us rest on our sofa while they loaded the van. Super helpful and we would 100% recommend for a hassle free move.

I highly recommend MGR Removals. From the start of the process to the end, they were helpful, responsive, organised, professional. Everything went smoothly and everyone involved was delightful. 5 stars. No hesitation.

We highly recommend MGR Removals Limited for moving entire contents of the property to another location. My son received the leaflet about removal services from MGR and asked us to get a quote from them. Michael was very professional in giving us a reasonable quote with clear list of service provided. Few days before the move Thomas and Peter came to pack things up. They were very polite and got on packing things professionally. On the day of move Michael and the team arrived promptly and cleared the house in timely manner and offloaded promptly to new premises assembling items which needed fixing.

MGR were recommended by a neighbour who had used them for their move. From initial consultation through to actual moving day they were really fantastic. Ewa helped us to understand all the steps we needed to do and was always prompt in replying to any questions we had. The team who came to pack for us were extremely efficient, polite and friendly. We had a lot of heavy equipment which they dealt with carefully and effectively. On the actual moving day Michael and his team were very professional. Everything was loaded up in good time. At the new property the team promptly unloaded our belongings and placed them carefully in situ. They worked incredibly hard and made the move really easy for us. Have no hesitation in recommending MGR as a company to use.

Brilliant service competitive price and friendly removal men

I saw MGR Removals listed in a Checkatrade leaflet and contacted them. I corresponded with Ewa who was informative and her emails were always friendly. After having a video survey, I happily booked them.

On the morning of moving day, Filip and Piotr arrived, they introduced themselves, they were lovely, friendly, and very strong; a lot of my boxes were really quite heavy but Filip and Piotr seemed to have no trouble picking them up. They were both hard working guys and never once lost their smile, even when unloading at my new home.

MGR Removals definitely deserve their place on Checkatrade; they are a very good company that I can highly recommend.

My recent move from London to Cornwall went smoothly, because of the efficiency of MGR's admin team and the hard work of the removal team. At all times they were pleasant to deal with and I highly recommend MGR to carry out your move.

We totally recommend MGR and were very impressed with the organisation, politeness, flexibility and competitive price from Michael and his team. Everyone worked very hard all day until late on the day of our move.

Ewa provided prompt, outstanding, friendly and efficient customer service throughout. She was the best of everyone we dealt with during our whole house sale and purchase.
