We used the company twice now - once for moving within London and recently for moving from London to Germany. Both times the service was excellent from start to finish. Very
efficient and professional. The staff was in time and planned well, handled all items with great care, all furniture was delivered without a scratch. We were really pleased with the care for detail and recommend them highly.

Fantastic service - they worked like absolute Trojans and were careful with all packing and moving. Very polite and diligent in everything they did. Would highly recommend.

Efficient, professional and friendly from beginning to end. Everyone we engaged with from Michael who came (on time) to quote, to Justyna in the office who kept us posted on timings, to Paul and his team who masterminded the packing and removal. They were on time, careful and went above and beyond (even plumbing in the washing machine and re-building all the beds). Would not hesitate to recommend them.

I have used MGR Removals twice and both times these guys are exceptional. They are quick and efficient, nothing damaged and they break down and re-assemble the furniture. Can't fault them. Hope not to be moving too soon again but I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

I was impressed from the moment Bart got in touch with me to the point all the vans left after depositing all our furniture in our new home. Nothing was too much trouble for the guys, they were friendly, funny and extremely helpful. It was a pleasure to have them around in what is one of the most stressful things you can do. Once again thank you and I would recommend MGR (and have done) to anybody who wants to move home.

On the hottest June day in 40 years, this team of guys were absolute troopers. Polite, helpful, hardworking - nothing was too much trouble and they took great care of our gear.
They were prompt and all went as planned on the day.
They also came before the move day to help us plan what would be needed for move day.

I've used MGR twice: first time in 2011 and second in 2015. Both times it was just fantastic experience. They arrived on time, were very efficient, professional, polite and fast - pleasure to deal with.

I have just downsized from Richmond, where I lived for 18 years, to a much smaller flat in Kingston. There was quite a lot of furniture and many many other items accumulated over the years for which I had no space in the new flat - the disposals were effortless. There was also some of it that went to a storage facility that I selected as being close to the new home - also effortless. The move itself involved some really expert packing by MGR, and labelling, and moving to the correct room in the new flat. MGR reassembled the bed and the Brobdingnagian desk. Two antique bookcases were carefully treated. I chose to do the unpacking which was easy when the packing had been so thoughtfully carried out, and left in the appropriate room. No breakages - great people, taking care but working with speed too. And very flexible - really understood my needs.

Booking the removal at short notice, advice on the move and buying packing materials were all dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner by Bart. On the day itself, the two guys who moved my belongings were punctual, pleasant and polite. They worked very efficiently and carefully.

We found MGR Removals online and we couldn't agree more with the reviews we saw online. The guys who came were friendly and so hardworking. No complaints with the stairs when things had to go to the loft, and they worked really well together. Would hire again and would definitely recommend the company to friends and family.

We gad a great experience with MGR. One of the team (Bart) came over to visit us a couple of weeks before the move and gave us a competitive quote on the day. The team arrived bang on time and worked hard throughout the day packing everything efficiently. Unpacking was also done efficiently. No hesitation in recommending.

MGR Removals were referred to me by a family member and fully lived up to their reputation. They were professional and helpful leading up to the move and the one guy who came to help me move was a lifesaver. He was polite and efficient, even when faced with numerous heavy items and lots of stairs. Even before I had a chance to mention, he had carefully packed all delicate items in such a way that they were secure and everything transported arrived in pristine condition. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move.
