Avoid This Shop â Broken Bike & Delayed Delivery!
I bought two bikes from MHW bike and this has been a complete nightmare.
One bike has a faulty Enviolo gear and has been unusable since the day I received it. Itâs been over two months, and their service team keeps making me wait with no real solution.
The second bike was promised for delivery in week 12, but now they say it will be week 17. Who knows if Iâll even get it then?
This company is not trustworthy. Once they have your money, they donât care about fixing issues or keeping their promises. If you're considering buying from them, be prepared for delays, broken products, and terrible customer service.
