I dealt with a lovely lady called Tracey, who was extremely polite helpful and efficient in helping me. 5 star service, would highly recommend.

Our surgery insurance renewal was dealt with efficiently by Stuart.
The auto renewal facility meant that I didn't have to spend long periods of time on the phone going over my policy - the nature of our Surgery means that cover requirements do not change much from year to year.

The team at MIAB have supported us for a number of years helping navigate the complexity of indemnity cover for the Federation. Louisa and Tracey have been brilliant ensuring the renewal process each year is pain-free helping us to find cost-effective cover and providing peace of mind.

I have know MIAB team for over 8 years. I was introduced to them in 2017 when I led a federation - since day one they have impressed me with there expert knowledge and attention to details and treating us as were only clients . There best service is to tell the client what is best for them by making suggestions. No job or request is too small for them. Best part it MIAB is happy to negotiate and suggest what is best for the client.

Great service from Matthew - I was in a hurry. I got a quick, concise outline of the changes to my policy, and he had prepared answers to the questions that I had emailed him yesterday - up-selling of other products was low pressure, professional and not in my face - much more likely to get a future sale from me with that style - all in all, very good.

Sophie helped with my renewal today she was professional and supportive and took the time to answer my queries, and where she could not advise she passed me to someone who could.

I had Matthew deal with our renewal, and nothing was too much trouble. He had almost pre-empted some of my questions and so gave confidence that he was up to date with latest legislations and risks. He wasn't a pushy salesman, and I felt comfortable that we will receive quotes only for the cover I feel we need. It has been daunting in the past to deal with insurance renewals, however Matthew made it simple and straightforward. I would absolutely recommend dealing with Matthew for a no-nonsense, fuss free, professional service.
