I ordered a Four Seasons Garden Room from Midlands Conservatory & Garden Furniture, and I cannot praise them enough for all the updates I received right up until the delivery. The delivery driver Brian, was a great help in ensuring the drop off of the Garden Room was done safely and he could not have been more helpful. Overall a great service from a well run family firm . I have just bought some garden furniture from Midlands Conservatory and Garden Furniture and I have to say their professionalism and customer service is outstanding. My order was awaiting importation and when I spoke to Darren he kept me in touch with all the details and provided me with a tracker service so I could see what was happening and when.

He told me when the goods would arrive and when they would reach the warehouse and when I could expect delivery. Everything happened exactly as he told me and delivery was exactly on time.

I am immensely pleased that I chose this Company to purchase some good quality garden furniture. Darren was patience itself when I made my inquiry and asked too many questions. Jemma undertaking the administration of my order was efficient and prompt. Their business protocols are honest and fair and I felt very comfortable dealing with them. Great service from start to finish, from the initial phone call right through to receiving the furniture. Everything was explained in detail about how the current worldwide situation was affecting deliveries and pricing so nothing was a surprise. Polite, courteous and professional throughout.

Highly recommended. They are a true family company that care about customer satisfaction and couldn't be more helpful, right from initial contact with Darren through to speaking to Jemma for purchasing (this part was helped by their competitive pricing). This service was continued with their delivery driver even though he had to travel up north on one of the hottest days we've had.

These guys are brilliant! From Jim, the driver, who delivered our gazebo, to Darren the owner, everyone gives excellent customer service. What I liked about Darren was his sense of humour, nothing phased him, and he just got on with sorting out an urgent order. From ordering the gazebo to having it delivered was just 5 days. It was delivered on time, as promised, and efficiently laid out so that the gazebo was easy to put together. I'm really impressed with this company and will certainly buy new patio furniture from them in the future. They are not as expensive as others in the same marketplace. Their service is excellent, and that is priceless.

Lovely family company. I dealt with Darren pre sale who was very helpful when deciding on my purchase then Jemma to organise delivery and final payment. So nice to deal with a business that knows how to look after their customers, even more impressive knowing how busy they are.

Excellent service during Covid times. I placed my order in February and was advised my order would be delivered at the end of May. First part of my order was delivered in April and 2nd mid May so i was more than happy. I was kept up to date regarding delivery times and the Alexander Rose Rimini Corner Sofa and Dining set are great. Delivery guys were really good. Well done to the team. I would definitely use you again.

Running out of patience...
Having ordered a 4 piece garden lounge set and heater in December 2020, I would have though that getting it to me by June would not be too much to ask.
While responses from them are reasoned and friendly, they are not backed up. I've been given reassuring messages 3 times, each saying it will be only a few weeks and yet still no sign of the furniture.
Update - after a nice chat with the family team there they have chased up Kettler and have given me some time lines to work to.
Update 2 : August 2021, The heater and chairs have arrived and just the covers outstanding.

First class service, competitive pricing and the delivery arrived exactly as promised. Recommended unreservedly.
