We ordered a Kettler table&chair set back in september and Darren explained the supply situation, and we would not be able to take delivery until march, we have just recieved it,exactly when promised,Can we say your customer service and comunication is amazing,plus the set is considerably cheaper than here down south! I ordered a set of conservatory furniture in July 2021. From the outset, Darren showed a genuine interest in understanding my requirements and giving practical advice. I was able to view and try a wide range of possible options in a well-stocked showroom with insights based on Darren's experience before making a choice. To his great credit, Darren was open and frank about the likely length of time the furniture would take to arrive, owing to supply chain and logistics issues. I was not deterred, and placed an order on the day. From then on, Darren and Jemma kept me updated with news as it came through. I was impressed by how quickly they were able to arrange delivery of the furniture once they knew it was due to reach them. It was worth the wait! The furniture arrived in good condition, looks just right for the conservatory and is very comfortable. Thanks to the whole team for considerate service, reliable product knowledge, friendliness and small touches like taking the trouble to post a hat I had left in the showroom to my home address!

It has been a pleasure doing business with Midlands Conservatory and Garden Furniture for the supply of our Kettler garden furniture. We have had to wait a long time for delivery due to the supply situation globally, but MCGF kept us informed throughout and were very helpful, polite and friendly.

My wife and I visited the showroom in September looking to replace our conservatory furniture. It is the best showroom we have visited offering lots of choice and the best prices. Darren was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We ordered the Daro Waterford suite which has just been delivered - exactly on time and we are delighted with it. Thank you very much to Darren, Jemma and Tim for giving excellent customer service, the whole experience from start to finish has been first class. We would highly recommend.

From my initial contact made via email to delivery of the set purchased, service was exceptional - being professional, knowledgeable, helpful and amazingly friendly. Delivery was a pleasure - no large box being 'dumped' kerbside but a very cheery driver who took time to put the item exactly where requested. To top it all, the furniture is lovely and at such a great price!

Really helpful without being pushy. Was a freezing cold day but nothing too much trouble, made us a drink to warm us up. It’s the little things. Loads of furniture to view using - so much better than looking at a swatch. Jemma’s knowledge and advice brilliant. And it came early so we could have before xmas. Delivery excellent. First class from walking in to taking delivery. We would definitely recommend

My wife and I visited Midland Conservatory & Garden Furniture in October 2021 as we were looking to replace our current Conservatory furniture. We were aware that they were stockists for Desser , Daro and other suppliers. The showroom had a good selection of suites , we found Darren Jones to be extremely friendly and helpful and placed an order for a Desser Clifton 2 seater suite. Darren advised that the expected delivery date was December 2021 / January 2022 , which we were happy with.
Needless to say , we were totally surprised and delighted to receive a phone call from Jemma Jones in early November 2021 to advise that the Suite had arrived and to arrange delivery. The Suite was delivered as arranged and I can only say how pleased we are with our purchase.
We would have no hesitation in buying from Midland Conservatory and Garden Furniture in the future. Visit highly recommended.

It was so lovely to deal with this local family run business. Charming people, from ordering to delivery, who were honest regarding realistic delivery times and kept me fully up to date. Nothing was too much trouble when we had an issue with our table and they contacted the manufacturer for us, which is so refreshing these days. Would definitely order from them again and recommend them to everyone.
