We were very impressed by Midlands Conservatory and Garden Furniture. We were warmly welcomed and given a friendly and informative overview of the furniture we were interested in. There was no pressure whatsoever but we liked the furniture and felt we were well informed to make a decision to buy it on the day. We are so pleased with the garden furniture which is so comfortable. Darren was not only a true gentleman but also very knowledgeable and kind. The rest of the team were great as well and the delivery of the item was smooth too. Thanks to Darren and his team

We recently ordered a Kettler Palma Mini furniture set from Midlands Conservatory and Garden Furniture.
Before ordering, I raised a query about delivery as access to our road is not easy. Response came quickly, with a courteous and friendly phone call reassuring me that the problems could be overcome. All commications, by phone and email, left me feeling I’d made the right choice in ordering from this family firm and the set arrived promptly and safely, delivered by their helpful and friendly driver. A very positive experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Ordered a garden table & four chairs online. Very good value & the process was very quick & easy. Phone call received from delivery company to arrange a convenient date for delivery and furniture arrived less than 3 weeks after the order was placed. Very well packaged and in perfect condition. Very quick and efficient service. The garden furniture arrived on a pallet and was 'cling filmed' on very safely. Everything was there exactly as ordered. We bought a Kettler garden dining set and it is fabulous. I would definitely use Midlands Conservatory again. Thanks.

The Kettler outdoor dining set is lovely. Having a slightly pre weathered appearance it fits nicely with our other outdoor furniture without that "brand-new" stand out appearance. Very comfortable rope back chairs with plump cushions. All in all, very happy with it.
One point of note, the assembly instructions for the table are a bit vague but this is soon figured out when you consider the additional screw that is not needed for anything else other than to align the IKEA style inserts, but this is a small point.
Delivery was all pre-arranged and we were kept informed of schedule. Overall, great product and great service.

Kettle Charlbury 4 seat dining set, a straightforward transaction order confirmation sent, I emailed for an update on despatch which was answered very quickly with a date for despatch and delivery. About a week from order to delivered which was very good. The set is lovely, well made and comfortable. A good price after searching various suppliers, a lot of whom were waiting for stock to arrive.
A very good experience from start to finish.

Delighted with our purchase of a Kettler Wicker 2 seat Cora sofa. Prompt delivery, securely packed on a pallet. Better quality than previous Kettler furniture which was a plastic wicker effect (although still very good.)

Great service, arrived quickly and in good condition. Perhaps could’ve done with more communication in regards to shipment via email.
