Extremely knowledgeable
First time visiting the store and we was greeted by Sam who knew a lot about the type of tent I wanted to buy. Highly recommend the store in Beverley and we will be visiting again soon

Refused student discount
I asked if I could get a student discout and was informed that the item I had purchased was already discounted so I could not get a further discount.
Once I had left the shop I checked your website which contradicted the information provided in store and I should have been entitled to a discount on sale items.

Lovely store with extremely helpful…
Lovely store with extremely helpful staff. Dan in particular was extremely helpful whilst assisting me with choosing the correct hiking boot. He was knowledgeable and very patient ( think I tried 4 different boots) and asked a lot of questions. He didn’t rush and nothing was a trouble. He advised on different waterproofing options but was not at all pushing. I came away with a pair of boots I feel confident to complete my McMillan mighty hike in a few months time. Thank you for your assistance and putting up with my many questions. I will return to the store.

Me and my husband visited Millets last…
Me and my husband visited Millets last weekend and generally were just browsing at the footwear as we needed some new walking boots for a hiking trip coming up in the summer. We were approached by Freddie who gave us lots of information and advice about the best footwear to buy without being pressured to buy anything. Overall, he made our experience enjoyable and we left happy with our new walking boots.
