Bought a new coat and the sales assistant was really helpful and advised around different brands and colour options, even bringing a coat from the store room for me to try! Thanks Adele, will definitely return!

Staff were friendly and helpful. I bought wellies and a waterproof walking jacket in the recent sale - bargain. The Peter Storm Lakeside jacket is lovely and definitely waterproof!
The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because the sales lady needed to order the jacket in my size online and I didn't realise it hadn't come up with the sale price until after I left the shop. The problem was rectified in a helpful manner but took a lengthy time to sort.

Ordered boots from shop, sales assistant very helpful. Goods arrived within 3 days. Very pleased with appearance and quality of boots. Still need to try them out.

Popped into Beverley branch to purchase a new pair of Berghaus Supalite boots, didn't have my size in stock. Staff ordered online for me and boots were delivered next day. Pleasant helpful staff

I wanted a Victorinox Swiss jelly cardand the shop had sold out. The assistant said he could order and have posted to my house for no extra cost. This was on a Sunday. The card arrived the next day. I was very impressed!

I needed some guidance on the item I was looking for, and Adele was really very helpful. She showed me some alternatives and discussed the pros and cons of the two brands. She even went rummaging in the back to bring a 3rd option. Very helpful, polite and smiley. She evenoved my dog and gave her a doggy biscuit, so two happy customers this morning!

Steve has an excellent manner with customers - great customer service - and even made t interesting to learn from him why ladies coats often have a right sided zip instead of the left sided zip on men’s coats!!!

Great prices and very friendly staff
Great prices and very friendly staff. We bought more than we went in for !, Steve in particular was very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend and will happily go back for more bargains.
