Great customer service and got some good quality bug repellent and spray in plaster for our holiday. Got some leggings as well. Staff and shop is great and hope it stays open

Very friendly and informative staff. It’s nice to be in a shop where staff give you space and are not pushy! Definitely the most competitively priced pair of hunter boots I’ve ever bought! I do hope they’ll continue!

They were really helpful and matched the price that i had seen online.

I always like shopping at Millets because they have a great range of good products, reasonably priced, and knowledgeable, helpful, friendly staff. Great staff that helped me out with buying some walking shoes. Tried on lots but they were fine with that😁

I went to Milletts looking for walking boots. A young sales assistant, Max, was particularly helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He spent about 20 minutes checking answers to my questions and finding me a variety of boots to try. I could buy on line, but actually it was worth paying a little extra to ensure I could try the comfort of the boots (there was a massive difference between styles) but most importantly to ensure we still have shops and real life connections with real staff in the future. Thanks Max, your advice, patience and professionalism were greatly appreciated and I'm very pleased with the Berghaus boots.

Alina, the staff member who served me, was friendly & very helpful. She made appropriate suggestions but was guided by what I wanted & I ended up with what I needed.
An all round good shopping experience

I was served by Alina. She was very friendly with me and the person she served before me. She was super helpful with my questions and even recognised me from the last time I was shopping.

A lovely boy on Saturday (max was his name I believe) was so helpful! He was polite and caring and I couldn't ask for a better experience.

I visited the store earlier today where I was served by max who was such a lovely young man he was so helpful!

I’d highly recommend visiting Millets in Brighton. I’ll definitely go back, not necessarily to buy anything, but just to see Mike again. He recommended loads of great camping spots including the best areas to visit and explore.
Great store, great customer service.

We went into the Brighton store and were greeted by Jude, he really was a great ambassador for the store. He not only sorted out walking shoes for my wife, he also called around a couple of other branches to find the shoes in the colour I wanted. He made the whole experience very easy, highly recommend the store.

Went in to the Brighton store for equipment for my son’s camping residential. Steve was very knowledgable and helpful, and we came away with everything we needed.

I went into Millets Brighton needing all kinds of 'outdoor' gear for a trip - I was completely ignorant of what would be best. They were GREAT in this store and at no point made me feel daft for not knowing anything. I can't rate them highly enough. So nice to come across any kind of retail experience that has skilled, pleasant and non-patronising staff. Well done Millets.

Christina was amazingly helpful helping me choose the right walking shoes. Ended up with 2 pairs in fact.

James served me quickly and politely.
He also gave me useful advice to walk around the house for a few hours to really check the fit of the walking shoe before using it outside. That way if they were uncomfortable they could still be exchanged as they would not have wear and tear.
