The shoes I ordered were delivered very quickly by Royal Mail. I was kept well informed of the delivery process by Millets.

I was looking for a decent walking boot and Mike at the Brighton Millets really knew his stuff. He provided a customised service asking the right questions to determine my needs and then made some excellent recommendations. I came away feeling confident that I had purchased the right boots for me. Thanks Mike.

Easy buying and very easy return to store with prompt refund.

I went to this store originally for an emergency umbrella and found an amazing one click open and close one. Best umbrella. So naturally i went back only this time for backpacking equipment. Having never been myself, Mike was so patient and kind and very well informative regarding the equipments in store and others. Was able to understand what i was looking for and recommended to me the items that would suit my needs. Honestly well informed staff like mike makes shopping for a new hobby so much more enjoyable and stress free... Even though half the fun is getting the gear together and research, it helps to have an experienced camper in store. Thanks Mike, i have a few extra items i need to get and i trust that Mike will guide me without recommending equipment i wont need.

Got it be honest, not a fan of writing reviews but the help I got from Mike at Millets in Brighton store was beyond brilliant. He got me fitted with correctly fitting walking boots and observed issues with my feet had never noticed. So knowledgable and helpful and no BS.. will most certainly buy from there again. Fantastic customer service and help!

Needed a new pair of walking boots after the last ones fell apart. Mike asked about what I actually needed them for and then recommended a pair that were actually cheaper than the ones I had been looking at. Gave some great advice about actually using them and I was in and out with some great boots in under ten minutes. Would definitely recommend.

Mike was super helpful and gave me great advice on the best bag for my travelling trip. He gave me some great tips on travelling which I really appreciated. Definitely would recommend if wanting to know which equipment is best for your trip.

Seeking a pair of walking boots a couple of weeks ago (Nov 25), but with a bone defect in one foot, Michael patiently explained options and gave his recommendation. Well versed in all aspects of outdoor and sports activities; knowledgeable about products, I am certain every customer of this Millets branch will be well satisfied with the attention they receive from the Brighton team.
