Ordered some boots and Evri failed to deliver, they went straight back to millets warehouse and wouldn’t try to re-deliver. Very bad customer service. Will not be ordering from millets again!.

Went to Millets in Bury and was welcomed by a young lady called Hannah. She was so helpful and lovely. Hannah was kind enough to look around the shop for me but unfortunately they did not stock the item.

Visited on 4th October 2023 to browse rucksacks.
Absolutely no pressure, allowed as much time as we needed. Ri and Emily extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Great shop with lots of choice.
