Brilliant service. One of your colleagues (sorry, didn't get your name but you were on crutches and waiting a knee op), was so helpful. He took time to talk, listened and gave such good advice on how to buy the right type of shoes/boots. From getting the right size, how to lace the boot as needed for the stance of my feet but also, the reason why I've been wearing my boots out at the back of my heels so quickly over the years! It all just made sense. Thank you again for your help - a big asset to the company (and good luck with the knee op too).

We were very impressed with the knowledge the gentleman gave us ( sorry didn’t get his name but he was on crutches) my husband wanted a pair of walking boots, he took the time to ask various questions and gave us some great advice also how to lace the boots for the best comfort. We are not local but would make the trip again if we need anymore walking boots. He is an asset to your company.
Also made our dog very welcome too.

My son needed walking boots for his upcoming DofE and Simon was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He spent time with us asking questions, observing my sons natural stance and the way he walks (leading my son to refer to him as a detective!). He gave us advice on how to wear the boots well, do them up for best comfort and how to look after them. An extremely positive experience. Thank you

Went into the store during the week to look for a pair of walking shoes having put off buying for a while as I find it difficult to know what to buy having foot troubles. The staff were very welcoming and Simon came over to ask if I needed help. I explained my problems and he went out of his way to help me find a pair of shoes that were comfortable. He explained what I needed to look for and what to avoid. He showed me a better way to lace shoes in order for them to be comfortable. He didn't present me with a really expensive pair of shoes( which was my concern with all the help I was getting!) but a pair that fitted so well. My daughter and I were very impressed with his knowledge and his willingness to help. Thank you

Had visited the Uckfield store but they didn't have the boots in stock. They very kindly brought out other options in the brand to check for sizes. The staff were cheerful, helpful and very courteous, thank you so much, it was because of this service that we had the confidence to order them online.

Ordered the boots, which were delivered 2 days earlier than expected. Another great service from Millets.

I visited the Uckfield store on 28th February.
Issac was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

We bought some walking poles to assist my wife’s mobility. The gentleman who served us was very helpful and gave good advice to enable us to make an informed decision about what to buy.

The service from Simon today was excellent! He gave brilliant advice, even when that meant that we didn’t need to buy something from you. We bought boots and he fitted them expertly and gave great advice. We’ll definitely be back!

We’ve always found the team in Millets Uckfield to be friendly and helpful, and on our recent visit Andy was no exception. There was no need for us to travel far, with his help we found what we were looking for locally.

Ben was knowledgeable about the hiking boots & helped advise on the best ones for going to snowy Sweden. He helped with finding the best socks as well.

Great service and the uckfield branch always give useful advice and information on products etc I need as a scout leader but as item not in stock I ordered from internet.

I had a pair of Peter Storm boots given to me for a birthday present (awesome boots btw), 2 months later, the soles had come away. Going into the store and explaining to Andy, and without a receipt, they changed them right away without question. I antisapated to be turned away, that's why I wore them into the store, only I was leaving with a brand new pair. - Thanks Andy and co !

Popped into store to look for walking boots. Was looked after by Josh who was knowledgeable and had a nice manner. He asked me budget and types of walking and suggested several styles. After trying on several pairs, a decision was made and over the moon with my choice.

Isaac very politely asked me if I needed help within a few minutes of me entering the shop and browsing the waterproof jackets. This was very welcome as I had some specific requirements. Isaac very quickly understood what I was looking for and provided a selection of jackets for me to try on. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products too which was really helpful. Undecided about two jackets, he also helped me to make up my mind by discussing the reasoning behind my purchases. I left the store feeling impressed with the outstanding customer service. Well done, Isaac - you are a true asset to Millets!

I was looked after today by Andy who gave excellent customer service, very friendly and helpful.

This afternoon I took my two boys in to get fitted for walking boots. Simon was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. He engaged well with the children and was very thorough in getting the right fit. Would highly recommend the store.

I received great informative advice on which ones to buy and how to look after the boots. Would definitely recommend.
