Excellent customer service and advice
Good range of brands, and brilliant knowledgeable advice from Phoenix, meant I left with the right pair of hiking boots - plus lots of tips on how to maintain them. Really impressed with the service.

I needed to return 2 of blacks outdoors…
I needed to return 2 of blacks outdoors items bought online that did not fit. Andy in Millets of Uckfield made the whole process incredibly painless & easy .. he was welcoming & helpful, I was that impressed I ended up buying 2 pairs of waterproof trousers I didn't know I needed!

Advice on gloves for very cold conditions
Pheonix was very helpful and knowledgeable about the gloves I was looking at and explained to me the best way to keep warm in very cold conditions. Pheonix gave me excellent advice on the gloves available and the reasons why they worked so well. I’m very pleased with my purchase and won’t hesitate to return should I need more equipment and advice.
