Great customer service from Isaac at the weekend.
He was patient and helpful with helping me to choose some new walking boots, very much appreciated.

I’ve been trying to find a new pair of walking boots for some time now, I had tried some high street retailers near to where I live and each time had to return the boots as they just weren’t right. Today I drove up to Uckfield and visited the Millets branch, straight aware I knew I was in good hands, their onsite expert helped me make the right decision and I wish I had just gone to Millets in the first place! I’ve not spent more, in fact I spent less but have a much better fitting boot. Thanks :-)

Isaac noticed I was perplexed and walked over to offer help. I told him I needed a torch for our Campervan and he gave me the benefits / features of a range of suitable torches then left me to make my decision. Excellent customer service!

The staff are always friendly and helpful. I bought some new hiking boots and was served by Phoenix. She gave me very good advice and made sure that the fit was absolutely right. Phoenix was very knowledgeable, and also gave me a good tip on correctly adjusting walking poles. We wish Phoenix all the best as she goes off to university.

I was looking to buy hiking boots for myself and my daughter today. We spent a long time trying on the different brands and sizes. Andy was very knowledgable about all the boots and patiently helped us to find the right ones. It was lovely to have great customer service.

I always have great experiences at the Uckfield Millets, but today the service was exceptional. I struggle with ongoing foot issues and needed new hiking shoes. Rocco, a member of staff, took the time to really listen, recommend the right options, and even showed me how to lace the shoes differently to reduce pressure. Thanks to him I left with the perfect pair and a lot more confidence.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff and consistently excellent service, this branch is a credit to Millets.

I went into the shop to get some walking shoes for my holiday in Dorset. Phoenix was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was also directed to the different types of socks. Both walking boots and socks worked out perfectly when we walked along the cliffs, pebble and sand beaches.

I needed some new walking boots and Isaac was very helpful with choosing the right boots for my requirements. He was polite and knowledgeable.

I was looking for a pair of walking shoes and was superbly advised by Phoenix on the shoe size to select for the shoes I had chosen. It was a size bigger than I would usually take, but Phoenix assures me that they will be comfortable especially once the feet get warm. Sadly Uckfield will be losing Phoenix to university, hopefully one of Millets sister shops will be able to offer her employment.

All three members of staff in the Uckfield branch were so helpful. Was returning a pair of walking boots for the second time and towards the end of the guarantee , so feeling rather uncomfortable about returning them . But there was no need , very happy to help and exchanged my boots even though I had misplaced my second receipt!

Phœnix was extremely helpful and offer practical advise. Her manner was courteous and friendly.
