My sister and I stayed at the Mitsis Petit Palais in New town Rhodes in October 2024 and I have to say it was fantastic. The hotel was clean, the rooms were as shown on the website ( beautiful) the food was great and the staff could not do enough for you.
The gentleman on the desk in the evening from 11pm - 7 am was amazing. His name is Loizos.Nothing was too much trouble. The Maitre D whose name is Damiano's along with waitress Fabiola and Linda were exceptional. They remembered every morning that my sister had Soya milk and not normal milk with her coffee. It's little details like this that make your stay special.
We loved it so much we are already planning our return trip next year and cannot wait to be back enjoying the great hospitality of all the staff at the Mitsis Petit Palais.

De locatie van Mitsis Rinela op Kreta is geweldig, de kamers mooi en het personeel is top. Alleen: het eten is vreselijk! Dit is echt geen 5 sterren waard. In het buffet restaurant lijkt al het eten op elkaar (inclusief de kaneel door vele gerechten), is het op z'n best lauw en rond negen uur wordt niets meer aangevuld. Geen live cooking. De specialiteiten restaurants die wij hebben geprobeerd hadden niets te maken met bijv. Italiaans.
Qua drankjes: nogmaals: de staf is geweldig. Maar je moet wel vragen om de echte drank, anders krijg je Griekse namaak.
Elke avond keiharde live muziek in de enige outdoor loungeruimte van meest lage kwaliteit. En je moet daar dus wel zitten, want ook op je balkon is het geluid keihard. Strand met ligbedden en bar/grill is super, maar ja. Kortom: op geen enkele manier 5 sterren!

What made our experience ,well it was the lovely people and also a stunning location And of course the sunshine and sea and attention to detail if there’s something you don’t like ,just inform staff

I am very sorry to say, after spending thousands of hard earned cash on our family holiday to the Mitsis Rodos Village Hotel in Kiotari, Rhodes, we were completely let down by the terrible service and lack of organisation of this hotel. A supposed 5* complex with abysmal service. Rude and arrogant bar staff and hotel management. Every little thing seemed to be a hassle for them, from the ‘rolling of eyes’ to the short tempered manner of most (not all) the bar staff, with exception of a few. The only aspect of this hotel which was 5*, was some of the food in the fine dinning restaurants, one or two of the bar staff (especially the big chap on the night bar with the beard and tattoos!!) and the ANIMATION TEAM. They were fantastic! We did complain, however, all we were met with was excuses. All in all, what a waste of our HARD earned cash. I doubt we will ever visit a hotel in the Mitsis chain ever again based on this experience! Good luck, but I would AVOiD to save disappointment!

My husband and I spent five days / six nights at the Mitsis Summer Palace in Kos. We stayed in a Junior Suite with a private pool. The room was clean, came with a well stocked minibar and we chose to split our time between the beach, multiple pools at the hotel and the pool in our room. The staff were helpful, if had have the time but that’s where the good experience ends.

The negatives:

1. Watered down drinks in most restaurants and bars. Ask for no ice!
2. Main panorama restaurant has really poor food and no signage but there is staff available to help. If you’re arriving at night, grab something at the airport to tide you over until the morning.
3. You can only book the restaurants at the hotel once a week. The hotel website lists many restaurants but there are actually five that offer HOT food or evening meals:

- Main panorama restaurant: No booking required but very poor food quality.

- The Med a la carte Mediterranean (same as Brunch at the med and Med pool bar): Mediterranean and require booking but you can only book one restaurant per week. These are all the same restaurant but renamed to dupe visitors, in my opinion.

- Al Fresco (serving a small breakfast menu). Also require booking.

- Dusk restaurant bar: Japanese and require booking

- Den a la carte barbecue: BBQ your own food with a hot plate on the table. Also require booking.

- Zia Snack (no hot food), Nissorin Main Bar (in the lobby area), Med Pool Bar, Nautilus Pool Bar and Baywatch Beach Bar do not offer any foods. Not all of these offer the same level of drinks.

4. Baywatch beach bar: Only offers basic alcohol and soft drinks. No cocktails/mocktails/coffees etc (I asked on multiple occasions!).
5. Zia snack bar: Only offered sandwiches wrapped in cling film, two fruit bowl options and two salad bowl options. This was the case during our stay from Saturday-Tuesday. Looks like they were made at home and not what you would expect at a 5* resort.
6. There’s not realllllly any hot food available for lunch. Just a lot of sandwiches and stone baked pizza. Pizza is lovely and you can see the chef puts a lot of love into it but it’s not sustainable for five days straight. That’s quite disappointing in my opinion. Additionally, we were only offered ice cream during 2.30-3.30PM. There were three tubs of walls ice cream and when it was finished, no more was available. Again, not 5* service.
7. There are no irons available at the hotel in your rooms, even to use for a short period. Bring a steamer for your clothes, be prepared to pay for the pressing service or forgo ironed clothes. Not a five star experience.

Although the staff are well intentioned, Mitsis Summer Palace has a long way to go before it can complete in the 5* category. I would consider this to be an average 3*. If you’d like to spend your well earned money on an all inclusive resort, I would look elsewhere.

Vi er netop kommet hjem fra en fantastisk uge på Mitsis Faliraki.
Fantastisk service, utrolig lækker mad og drikke, og sublim lokation! De varmeste anbefalinger herfra!

Wij verbleven in Mitsis Rodos Village. Mega afgelegen van winkels/restaurantjes. Het eten was vies, eentonig en taai. Bij het zwembad waren alle bedjes altijd vol & er werd ook niets gedaan aan bedjes die de hele dag leeg waren maar wel een handdoek hadden. Hierdoor moest je vaak naar het strand, je mag dan wel eerst 100 traptredes af voordat je hier bent & als je terug wilt moet je ook weer omhoog... Vijf kamers gekregen in een verblijf van 7 dagen, elke keer was er wel weer wat. Als je via Corendon boekt, wordt je in het oude gedeelte gezet waar je na 5 minuten hoofdpijn krijgt in je hotelkamer van de riool lucht. Echt geen 5 sterren waardig, de butlers waren wel allemaal erg aardig en je werd met golfkarretjes over het terrein gereden.

Stayed at Mitsis paradise bali in crete.
Rooms ok but need upgrading. Shower in bath has to be held no fixture to hang it.
Food ok breakfast not great most of it was cold. Always had to wait for things yo he refilled.
Entertainment no good if your English reps are French and don't really speak to you if your English. Quiz in evening all in French.

We stayed at the mitsis rodos village there are not enough beds for amount of people staying ( get up at 7.45 if you want a bed ! But the pool doesn’t open till 10 am ) the barman with the ha ha ha ha ha ha tattooed on his arm is not a barman and when he asked what I wanted he proceeded to wash glasses before serving me and one of the glass collectors said he would get our drinks and did it a damn site quicker ! We have been to far more better hotels and will not be coming back ! To finish the guy who showed us to our room (Arland) and looked after us for our stay was the best member of staff we met !!!!!!!!

Servicen var noget af det værste.. Kun få fra personalet var behjælpelige og søde resten var ubehøvlet og uvenlige.

Vi betalte for en 3 personers værelse med twin sea view.
Vi skulle have fået et værelse med en twinbed og en sovesofa som var beskrevet på hjemmesiden, men istedet fik vi en klapsammen seng, som de endte med at skifte tre gange fordi braden knækket eller var i stykker.

Sidst men ikke mindst efter at vi mere eller mindre havde løst enkeltmandsseng problemet i sidste uge, så i tirsdags to dage før vi skulle afsted, så kommer personalet ind på vores værelse om aftenen mens vi er nede at spise aftensmad, og skifter klapsammen sengen uden vores tilladelse eller viden til en anden med en ultra tynd skummadras! Virkelig dårlig service og de kunne ikke løse problemet. Jeg er kommet hjem med ryg, nakke og skuldre smerter! Den værste oplevelse nogensinde. Ihvertfald ikke 30.000kr værd.

My family and I stayed at the one in Kos Mitsis Norida. Most unfriendly staff ever! They are so unfriendly. The restaurants, bars, anywhere you go they are so unfriendly!! Apparently they have two different bracelets for guests. One for hotel guests and one for some other guests, I have no idea! The staff have no idea how to differentiate between the hotels guests and others. My husband and I were questioned by a bartender, who after looking at our bracelets had no idea we were guests in the hotel!! He acted as if we were coming from somewhere else. It was so uncomfortable. The hotel is expensive, yet they treat their guests like they are entering their facilities from somewhere else. Then I went to the concierge who also acted as if this was normal. But I also noticed they don't ask every guest this question. I think it really depends on which language you are speaking. The beach is beautiful but other than that, the other experiences in the hotel are not worth it for the price they ask for.

The adult area by the adult pool was filled with shouting, noisy and splashing children.
When we quietly mentioned it to some parents, the father said "we could pay him 100 euro or suck his dik".
We complained over the kids in the reception, but it didn´t help.
The Lifeguard came over and told us later, that he didn´t want to hear any more nonsense from os.....WOW
It was not a nice and relaxing holiday day by the adult pool at Mitsis Alila Resort hotel, Faliraki.
This 5 star hotel has big problems

No adult only pools despite being advertised and signs up. Ignored by guests and management weak and will not move despite complaints from others. Should be downgraded to 4* max. Experience in Rhodes Alila Selection

Mitsis summer palace

It was a wonderful experience, everything was perfect, food, service, rooms cleanliness! I highly recommend a spectacular all-inclusive resort!!

Wat een fantastisch leuk mooi hotel!
Er is genoeg te doen voor jong en oud. Je kunt je hier niet vervelen. Het eten is top zowel bij de buffet als de a la carte restaurants. Ik zou wel van te voren reserveren want anders zitten deze snel vol. Ons dochtertje van 1,5 heeft ook de tijd van haar leven gehad, al het personeel was zo leuk met haar met natuurlijk een speciaal bedankje naar linda! Het personeel werkt allemaal super hard om het iedereen naar zijn of haar zin te maken en met heel veel plezier. Ook heel veel respect voor grijze griezel op het strand die iedereen de drankjes serveert bij het ligbedje, die rent wat af in de hete zon, maar wel met heel veel plezier. De massages en de fotoshoot is ook zeker de moeite waard. Wij hebben ook nog de 2 excursies gedaan die ze aanbieden en de 3-eilanden trip is ook prachtig. Het strand bij het hotel is ook fijn en goed te doen met waterschoentjes, Top vakantie gehad en wij komen zeker een keer terug!

Needed help to find a room at Mitsis hotel norida.After staying in different hotel which was a nightmare.The staff went above and beyond helping us.On arriving at hotel I was desperate for help micka was so kind she didn't give in and rang all hotels on site to help .we had two nights at fami!y village one night in norida..The hotel manager ensured if we needed anything he would help .big thank you to the staff reception staff .restaurant staff my love to you all Michael and Elle Anthony .Maria reservations. Hotel manager . Restaurant staff the list goes on Micka customer relations I can't thank you enough.Just seeing a friendly face set me off in tears .Thank you all

Mitsis Ramira Beach Hotel een geweldig hotel, we zijn nu voor de derde maal geweest, fantastisch en zeer vriendelijk personeel en stafleden ze doen er echt alles aan om je een geweldige vakantie te bezorgen. We hebben besloten om in Oktober weer terug te keren
Een echte aanrader!!

Mooi hotel maar met heel wat gebreken.
Leuke kamers maar de bedjes aan het zwembad liggen om 7u30 al vol handdoeken om een plaatsje te reserveren. Eten was niet echt top,lauwe gerechten en niet zo veel keus.
Ook niet toegankelijk als je slecht te been bent.(Dit mag zeker vermeld worden op de boekingsite)
Aan het zwembad boven geen enkele parasol waardoor je een hele dag in de volle zon ligt. Er staan ook te weinig ligbedjes,na 8u30 geen enkel vrij ligbed te vinden aan de zwembaden.
In de a la carte restaurants geraakt je gewoon niet binnen,constant volzet.
Personeel is wel vriendelijk en doet zijn best!!
Wij hadden gelukkig nog een swim up room zodat we daar veel verbleven hebben.
Als je gaat voor rust zijn er betere opties dan dit hotel denk ik.
Dit zijn geen 5 sterren hooguit 3.

At 50 years old I have taken a lot of holidays and this is by far the worst. We have been here a week and our room has yet to have the floors mopped. They sweep but dont mop. Theres a giant cockroach under our sink dead thats been there the whole time we have been here. The bathroom wall also has a splattered with dead mosquito. The extraction for steam is not working so you have to wait ages for the only mirror to demist if you need for make up etc. Food is cold and congealed and regularly we are sat at a dirty unprepared table. Waiting for drinks service at least 25 mins each time. Massively understaffed. Not enough sunbeds for the guests either. The hotel and rooms are beautiful however the service is shocking. The worst we ever experienced. Regular smells of sewerage too. If you need anything for example our safe keeps breaking we waited nearly 2 hours for assistance. The standard of drinks is very poor. Cocktails rubbish. No decaffe. Tiny glasses for your wine suitable size for a child. We have been bitten relentlessly both in the room and in the hotel grounds. Feral cats are allowed to roam the restaurant helping themselves to whatever they can find. Theres some ongoing work in the grounds but not too noisy. However the rooms are not soundproof and you hear everything around you especially other guests in the loud echo corridors. The reception smile and nod but are really not interested in your problems. This resort is massively understaffed and poorly managed. Dont be taken in like us by the gorgeous photos, its a massive mistake to book here. Spend your money wisely at a better hotel.

Mitsis Grand Hotel.
Vi har i mange mange år holdt ferie på Mitsis grand hotel. Det er dejligt at komme der og se de kendte ansigter år efter år. Der er en god atmosfære og alle er meget hjælpsomme og venlige . Jeg vil dog Fremhæve Popi som gør en ekstra indsats
Altid glad og velfornøget,
