Great overall, would have given 5stars but for a couple points

Mitsis Laguna Crete.
Staff in all areas were welcoming, always smiling very friendly and helpful, room cleaned properly everyday, mini bar restocked everyday, fresh towels everyday, beautiful resort very well maintained, very good all round facilities for everyone, families, couples etc food was very good and a massive choice in the main restaurant. The only negative comments are that the 4 themed á La carte restaurants were not that good, the food was average ,and other than being waited on the food in the main restaurant was as good and in a lot of instances better. I must say the food and choice in the main restaurant was excellent. On the website it states men must wear trousers in the restaurant’s in the evening however this is not the case and it is not enforced, when questioned I was told this had been relaxed but not updated on the website which led to confusion with many guests. Apart from these couple of negative points I would visit again and definitely recommend.

Det er ikke 5 stjernet luksuriøs hotel…

Jeg blev overrasket over hvor slidt hotellet .Billeder var meget flotte men lang fra virkeligheden. Hele hotellet er misligholdt og selv om den er stor,pladsen er ikke udnyttet optimalt.2 små pools med alt for lidt plads til solsenge ,der altid var optaget. Beliggenhed ved meget travlt vej,støj og larm hele døgnet. Selv om der var mange spise steder, udvalg var fattig.Buffe restauranten var en stor skuffelse, jeg er ikke til fast food,jeg havde forventet gedin græsk mad,blev desværre skuffet. Ens mad hver dag, 2 a la carte restauranter var fuld booket,og det var ikke muligt at få et bord. Heldigvis smagte jeg deres brunch koncept, men blev lidt overrasket over restriktioner at vi kunne kun smage 2 retter fra menuen.
Der var træk og støj på hele hotellet grundet storm vejr i flere dage, vi blev voldsomt forstyrret af støj på værelset grundet defekt altan dør.Vi havde kontaktet reception,der var ingen der dukkede op og kigget på det.
Rengøring var fint, men til vores støre undren,at vi skulle sparre på rene håndklæder, kom Rengørings personale også om eftermiddagen og skiftede håndklæder 2 gang på en dag,og larmede faktisk ret meget,bankede løs på døren og gik ind selv om man ikke have bed om det Skulle vi ikke spare på vand?
Sengetøj blev skiftet en gang,og dyner og puder var meget slidte.
Personale i is caffe mangler helt basale hygiejne regler. Jeg skulle bede om en is vaffel, hun har været forkølet, nyste i son hånd,og gik direkte til at lave en is vaffel til mig.Jeg havde bed hende om at få vasket hænder, hun kiggede mærkeligt på mig.Jeg mistede lysten til is resten af mine ferie.
Personale arbejder hårdt og er meget flinke og dedikeret til sit arbejde.
Så efter en hel uge,tænker jeg ikke at jeg kommer tilbage til dette hotel,jeg skulle på 5 stjernet luksuriøs hotel som der stå i beskrivelsen, og fik max 3.

Wij verbleven in Mitsis Rodos Village. absoluut GEEN 5 sterren waard. We zijn drie keer eerder in een Mitsis hotel geweest en we gingen ervan uit dat deze Mitsis dezelfde kwaliteit leverde. Maar helaas. eten is slecht: vies, koud, taai. Drankjes: altijd een andere samenstelling en hele lange wachtrijen. Zonne bedjes: worden zoals in de slechte all incl. allemaal al ochtends bezet met handdoeken maar geen mensen. Tafels staan vol met vuile borden en worden niet afgeruimd. Kamer: ontluchting restaurants onder het balkon, lawaai en stank. geen 5 sterren waardig

Truly Luxurious and Memorable

Myself and my boyfriend recently had the pleasure of staying at the exquisite Mitsis Selection Blue Domes Resort Kos, and I must say it was a wonderful experience from start to finish.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm and welcoming staff who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfection.

The hotel's stunning design and breathtaking ocean views left us in awe, and the attention to detail in the rooms was truly impressive. Our room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The plush bedding and luxurious linens made for a restful night's sleep, and we woke up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated each morning of our stay, having the joy of stepping out onto our breathtaking balcony overlooking the ocean and neighbouring islands.

One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional dining experience at the hotel's diverse A La Cart restaurants. The talented chefs created culinary masterpieces that delighted our taste buds with every bite. The diverse menus offered a wide range of options to suit every palate, and the impeccable service only added to the overall dining experience.

The hotel's amenities were excellent, from sparkling blue pools to the tranquil spa where I indulged in a relaxing full body massage with my partner. Every detail was thoughtfully curated to ensure guests have everything they need for a truly luxurious and memorable stay.

What truly sets the resort apart, is the exceptional service provided by the staff. Every interaction we had with the team was met with genuine warmth and professionalism, and it was clear that they truly care about the comfort and satisfaction of their guests.

In conclusion, our stay at the Mitsis Selection Blue Domes Resort Kos was truly wonderful and we are very grateful for our stay. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough to anyone looking for an exceptional and memorable hotel experience. We look forward to our next visit and creating more wonderful memories at this outstanding establishment.

Magnifique endroit

Séjour au Mitsis Family Hôtel à la hauteur de nos attentes, identiques aux photos et à la description faite sur le site.
Grande chambre, avec vue mer et montagne. Grande terrasse.
Propreté irréprochable, avec ménage et changement de serviettes tous les jours.
Serviettes de plage proposées gratuitement.
Bar à discrétion dans la chambre .
Le personnel est très souriant et agréable. Et a toujours un petit mot gentil.
Le buffet est très bien fourni, avec du poisson frais qui change tous les jours et de nombreux plats variés.
Quant au bar, un très grand choix de cocktail servi par une équipe au top.
Effectivement la mer est en bas de la côte.. Mais largement compensé par la vue imprenable. De plus une navette fait en permanence les AR hôtel plage.
Pour avoir fait le tour de l'île, c'est vraiment l'endroit idéal pour passer d'excellentes vacances.

Mitsis Rodos Village Hotel

Travelled to Rhodes with my Husband for our Anniversary, we arrived at Mitsis Rodos Village Hotel at around 10:30 at night both tired from travelling only to be told by the receptionist that they had an electrical fault and we have been moved to a different hotel but because of the inconvenience we had been upgraded. I was unhappy and said that i wanted to stay here as this is what i have booked. I was told that if in the morning i could speak to the Hotel manager, reluctantly i agreed but i also said if we do not come back will you make sure that you rearranged our return transfer and we were told yes, We were then told to wait in reception, whilst we stood watching all the other guests that we arrived with being checked in. We finally got a taxi driver to show us to his mini bus, which in my opinion was not road legal but we got in as just wanted to go to bed. We were taken to a Hotel 10 minutes down the road only to be told by the receptionist that we were not booked in. The taxi driver was on the phone (i assume to the Mitsis hotel) by this point i was upset and crying, my Husband stepped in and said to the driver just take us back to Mitsis and we will sort it out. So we got back into this mini bus, i said this isn’t the way we come and he said it is. The driver was struggling to drive as he could not see in the dark, i was petrified that we would crash. We then were taken to another hotel after a 20mins drive by this time it was after midnight. We were shown to our room which was dated and no way near the standard of what i had booked. I called the Mitsis hotel and i was told that i would need to call in the morning. I called in the morning only to be told that the Hotel manager is not available and they will call me back. Meanwhile we spoke to an agent that lives and works in Lindos and we were told that one of there sister hotels had gone into liquidation Mitsis Memories and they were honouring all there booking and guests that had booked direct with them. I never managed to speak with the Hotel manager at Mitis, but as our room was so poor we chose to upgrade at our cost to a better room. We also never managed to get our transfer changed i spent what seemed like hours daily on the phone to try and sort the mess out. No one ever called me back even though they promised. We ended up paying for a private taxi back to the Airport. What a horrible experience from the start.

Best Hotel in Rhodes

This our second visit to mitis grand in Rhodes
The best hotel in Rhodes
The hotel is first class
Reception staff bar and waiters excellent cleaners keep rooms spotless and a well stocked mini bar
It was my birthday I got champagne delivered to room
And also got a birthday cake 🎂 all supplied my hotel They is so many different places to eat and food is very good 👍 They cater for everyone my daughter has a dairy intolerance and they catered for her excellent all I can say if you want a 5 star experience go to Mitis Grand in Rhodes
Highly recommended 👌

Mitsis Selection Alila - RHODES - Great Holiday

We enjoyed every day of our stay. The hotel staff was very good & food choices were excellent. Having all the A la carte restaurants choices to eat in our stay was a good touch. We had choices of Crepes, Waffles. Stir fry & Mexican food throughout the day.
We had a wonderful time & would surely visit it again if going to Rhodes Islands or may use Mitsis Selection hotels if available in another country.
There was entertainment every evening for guests.
Shall surely recommend the stay at this hotel.

Great staff great location great…

Great staff great location great facilities. But can I ask if anyone else got food poisoning July 23 ? Our boys were so Ill and ended up In hospital. The hotel acknowledged it but our tour company went to them recently and they have denied it said we must have eaten somewhere else. We didn’t we were on a 5 star all inclusive holiday to eat all our meals there.

Mitsis - Unverschämt, Preise ohne Ende....!

Sicher denkt Ihr der Preis ist zwar teuer aber überall steigen die Preise....

Falsk markedsføring (Besøgt 28/06/2022)

Mitsis Blue Domes "5-star Resort" er svindel og et løbende fupnummer. Hjemmesiden og billederne signalerer tydeligt 5-stjernet madkvalitet. Hjemmesiden har en stor overskrift, der siger "fin spisning" med masser af smukke billeder af lækker mad nedenunder. Denne mad er på ingen måde i nærheden af den ulækre slum, du møder på hotellet. Denne mad er langt den værste, jeg nogensinde har oplevet på et 3- eller 2-stjernet hotel. Det er værre end fængselsmad. Det er så dårligt, at du tror, personalet gør en indsats for at gøre det dårligt. Deres hovedbuffetrestaurant er super overfyldt, og der er fulde, tykke britiske turister overalt. Held og lykke med at finde rene tallerkener og bestik også. Der er mindst en 50/50 chance for, at din tallerken enten er beskidt eller våd. De gør simpelthen ikke et godt nok job med rengøring, og de tørrer eller opvarmer dem ikke engang bagefter. Jeg måtte gå rundt om den buffet mindst 4 eller 5 gange, indtil jeg fandt noget, der syntes værd at spise. Jeg fandt noget tortellini, som var super rå og revnede, da jeg tyggede på det! Næste morgen så vi en fugl spise brød fra morgenbuffeten, ingen af personalet bekymrede sig om det. Hotellet har også 4 à la carte-restauranter, men de er umulige at reservere, og du skal booke 4 uger i forvejen for at få en chance og ingen sidder nogensinde ved dem, når man så går forbi dem?

Vi prøvede også deres elendige hele dagen-restauranter. Sushi-restauranten serverede mig den mest modbydelige undskyldning for spiselig mad, jeg nogensinde har smagt i mit liv. Det var en bunke risruller, der var moset sammen med agurk?? Én af rullerne indeholdt RØGET laks. Og en anden rulle havde rådden/tør surimi i den. Måden, jeg fandt ud af, at surimien var dårlig på, var, fordi de serverede os en salat baseret på den. Og det var bogstaveligt talt som en skumfidus eller flamingoplast. Helt ulækkert. Det må have ligget og tørret i solen. Vi så fluer cirkulere omkring ingredienserne i den unge medarbejders køkken.

Personalet er unge arbejdere, hotellet ansætter fra Slovenien, Rumænien og lignende, så de kan spare penge. Hele faciliteten er kun etableret med ét mål for øje. Fyld hotellet op med så mange gæster som muligt og spar på alt andet end udseendet. Det var en turistfabrik. Endeløse rækker af bungalows og hotelapartments. Det er ikke underligt, at der er så mange køer rundt om restauranterne? Vi så endda en pige, der så ud som om hun var 14 år, iført en køkkenuniform, der tog en rygepause!! Det er vanvittigt! Deres hjemmeside har store overskrifter med "fin spisning", de siger, de er et 5-stjernet hotel. Men deres service og MAD er slet ikke på 2-stjernet niveau?!!

Vi bookede 14 dage i gode forhåbninger ud fra deres hjemmeside og anmeldelser, men vi endte med at forlade en uge tidligere. Vi formåede at få refusion for den anden uge, fordi vi fortalte dem, at vi anmeldte dem til Expedia for falsk markedsføring, ellers tror jeg ikke, det ville være sket. Som en undskyldning tilbød de os endda pladser, der magisk blev tilgængelige på deres overbookede à la carte-restauranter??

Konklusionen er, GÅ IKKE TIL DETTE HOTEL, det er det værste feriemareridt, jeg nogensinde har oplevet. Du vil blive skuffet uanset hvad. Hvis du ikke bekymrer dig om mad, kan jeg fortælle dig, at værelserne også er dårlige. Du hører alt, hvad dine naboer taler om, og de "private pools" er ikke skyllet og fyldt med snavs og cigaretter. Mange af lysene i vores værelse virkede heller ikke. (Btw, vi overlevede kun den uge, fordi vi lejede en bil for at få mad i byerne uden for hotellet, hvilket heller ikke var fantastisk, men i det mindste spiseligt).

Not all great

Me and my familie stayed at Mitsis Rinela Beach at Crete in October. The hotel and facilities were amazing, the only thing that really brought down our experience was the staff. Never in my life have I ever experience that tired and at times rude staff. Lady in breakfast made eyes at us when asking for eggs at her egg-station, waiter at restaurant complained of us not having finished our bread-basket. They were just overall tired of tourist and level of service was low. It really made our stay less great, unfortunately. I do not often give reviews, but this time I feel I need to for Mitsis to improve their service to others.

Great experience at mitsis blue domes…

Great experience at mitsis blue domes in Koz. Housing keeping was awesome as were most of the staff in the restaurant. May I give extra thanks to Taxichris in the main restaurant and Alex on the poolside cocktail bar as they stood out above all for being so welcoming, helpful and effecient. Thank you 🙏🏽

Viel tegen. Hooguit 3 sterren!

In augustus ‘23 een week bij Mitsis Norida Beach Resort (Kos) geweest. Het viel ons een beetje tegen. Geen vijf sterren waard. Hooguit drie sterren. Kamers waren sterk verouderd en hadden veel mankementen (kozijn lag los, kussens stoelen waren weg, overal mieren, etc.). Bijkomend nadeel was dat ons huisje het verst verwijderd was van het hotel. Elke dag meerdere keren de heuvel op en af was erg zwaar en vermoeiend. Het eten (buffet) was matig tot redelijk. In de a-la-cart restaurants was nooit plek (weken vooraf al vol met reserveringen). Het zwembad was prima. Wel was het water de eerste dagen verschrikkelijk koud. En de laatste dagen liepen er ineens overijverige zwembadmeesters rond. Zelfs op het rand van zwembad zitten mocht ineens niet meer.

Mitsis Rodos Maris

The reception staff were awful. It’s a big hotel, with hundreds of guests, and you just get treated like you’re in their way.
The hotel is billed as 5 star, I wouldn’t give it 3, it’s under average. The rooms are tired, bathrooms desperately in need of renovation, and not serviced properly. On a fair note, some of the guests don’t help, as the road to breakfast in the morning was littered with the night befores drinks bottles/glasses/.
The staff in the dining room were end of season plain bad tempered. One waiter just about broke my glass with the wine bottle, purely because I dared to ask for another glass of wine. As for a second coffee in the morning, no chance. The staff are well versed at pretending not to notice you. I’m 5’10” tall - how could the waitress not see me every time her gaze came my way?
I would seriously recommend to anyone reading this, to look further on the internet for another hotel, don’t set yourself up the the disappointment we experienced.

Dejligt hotel med fantastisk beliggenhed

Dejlig beliggenhed (Mitsis Grand Hotel) god service overalt på hotellet. Meget lækker mad især på de små restauranter. Dejlig altan med flot udsigt. Begge pools var med havvand og ikke fyldt med klor. Rent overalt og håndklædeservice fungerede godt - det var nemt da det foregik på værelset. Vi kommer igen…

Hospitality of staff

Hospitality of staff
During our stay we had to ask to have coffee and very rarely would the staff offer more. We would ask for juice. One of the waitress was very rude and said we have to wait and can not help our self to drinks. Bearing in mind that we paid for all inclusive but had to wait to be served tea and coffee, and was not able to access this ourselves.
Al carte restaurant were all booked up, In 10 days we only managed to get one booking.
Pool cleanliness, jetting machine was being used whilst guest were resting after their breakfast. T&c stated pool opened at 8am, this was not the case there was staff cleaning the pool and jet washing where people were sitting on their sunloungers.
Beach bar, inappropriate music being played, obsenatities being blasted out full volume in front children.
Drinks served in paper cups, and cocktails were not presented in any way at all in the day only in paper cups. Glasses were use during evening, but presatation was bland.
Apartment we booked superior bungalows and highlighted this to the manager who said we need to take this up with our agent. We found out from staff the hotel had over booked 50 apartments and some guests had to stay in other hotels around the area.
The only good experience was fridge was filled with plenty of drinks
Pool bar waiter, julious, a very experienced man who was very welcoming towards guests and would take time to chat.
Towel changing avaliablity everyday by the pool was a good service.

First review I’ve ever left , hotel deserves it.

Mitsis Alila

Prior to arriving to this hotel they was in constant communication to reassure us that the fires wouldn’t hinder anything we was looking to do on the island / hotel. Up on arrival they’re extremely helpful and welcoming , even just walking to and from your room every member of staff will greet you. It was my partners birthday out there and they did everything they could to ensure we had a great day , recommended beach bars for the day and nice restaurants outside the hotel , made sure that the balloons cake drinks etc that was asked for our room at a specific time and they wasn’t a second late , I even tried to take the balloons off them at the door but they insisted to come in and rearrange / decorate the room. The entertainment is good especially the passengers , the evening bar could do with a few extra staff just so drinks could be a little quicker. The pool bar could do with a sign as everyone seemed to use the beach bar but once we found the pool bar no one seemed to use it due to not being sure of where it is. We had a waiter called Mike who was absolutely excellent , nothing was too much to ask for , always got the order right and was always up for sparing a minute or two to have a chat he certainly helped make our stay very enjoyable. The champagne bar is great for a pre dinner drink , Magda who works in there a majority of the nights is impeccable she always has a smile and great energy from the start of her shift to the end , on the nights Magda wasn’t there (1 or 2 days) you could really tell as the service did take a dip becoming slower and a little flat. If you are considering staying here then be sure to book your hotel restaurants in advance as you won’t get in to any of them if you try when you get there.

My only downfall with this hotel is that during the day the pool vibe is slightly flat , it could do with a little bit of music . During aqua fit it’s the only time music is on and you can see a difference in the feel around the pool.

I never write reviews but this hotel deserves one really enjoyed my stay and would 110% stay again.

Lige kommet hjem efter en uge på Grand hotel og sikke en skuffelse hotellet er nærmere et 3 stjernet og ikke i nærheden af et 5 stjernet hotel som de reklamerer med!..
Hotellet er virkelig slidt
maden er elendig og kan overhovedet ikke anbefales.

Mitsis Summer Palace not 5*

Falsely advertised as 5* it's more like a 3*, unhelpful staff, dirty hotel, brown water in rooms, ants in rooms, rubbish left around the hotel and not removed until late the following day. Dirty towels left outside room, food was average. Unhelpful customer service team.
