Thank you Mr Shukla for your custom and for leaving your feedback, although it is disappointing to read, because as a team, we pride ourselves on providing an enjoyable car buying experience. I apologise if you were under the impression that we had filled your petrol tank, but that is not something we do as company practice, given the high cost of fuel today – our policy is to put £15 worth of fuel in the tank, unless the customer asks us to do otherwise at his/her expense. I do wish you safe and enjoyable driving in your new Outlander PHEV. - Thanks very much for updating your review to 4 Stars - much appreciated - Kind regards Robin
