My experience at Luscombe has been…
My experience at Luscombe has been great, from buying my PHEV to its second service. They were particularly helpful with arranging finance and letting me try all the models to select the equipment level I wanted. They have been helpful with advice on running on electric for optimum efficiency. I bought the service package and they did everything thoroughly and send me a video to prove it. They fixed a door seal I had rubbed loose and the car was returned immaculate, valeted inside and out. I have had cars from other dealers and only Mercedes came close for quality of service.

Excellent service from start to finish…
Excellent service from start to finish from Bobby. No drama, hard sell. He listened to what I needed and advised accordingly. Everything explained well, a very stress less experience. Very high standard understated cars. I am over the moon with my purchase and so pleased I used Luscombe. My first Mitsubishi, it wont be my last. Will be using for servicing as was treated so warmly.

Grumpy old disabled pensioner.
I have a Mitsubishi Outlander I got on motability last year the car is great, it’s just been collected for its first service the guy who delivered and collected was well mannered and polite the car had been serviced and cleaned inside and out.
Very happy with car dealership and service I’ve received.

Took my swift for a tow bar…
Took my swift for a tow bar fitting,Whilst there i mentioned my hand brake was slacking not only did Aziz tell the mechanic to tighten it they took both back wheels off and did it thoroughly, I cannot praise this company enough from receptionist to mechanic they are very professional i am glad i bought my car here MICK FARNHILL.

Service on my ASX
My second service and as usual couldn’t fault Luscombe’s friendly staff nice clean seating area with WiFi and drinks machine as I wait for my vehicle. Had a look at the latest models in showroom and a walk round outside at some of the used and demonstors my vehicle can back washed and ready to go ahead of the time they’re given me also a great little video of my vehicle was sent to me
P.S got a really good price off them to swap my ASX for a new car but unfortunately I’m having some building work done but will definitely be swapping it later in the year with Luscombe Mitsubishi
