I ordered a Houston Dynamo FC Jersey from this US company to my home in the United Kingdom. Yes, understandably it took a few weeks, but turned up in great condidion, well packaged and a good quality product. The only downside was that the first line of my home address was ommitted from the package address label making it difficult for the delivery driver to deliver the product to my address. The driver did a great job in seeking advice from my neighbours. Don't know if the address label was fitted at the US office or on arrival in the UK.

They sent the wrong shirt size and refused to correct it. All sales final should NOT include their mistakes.
Customer service is poor
Customer service is poor. I've been waiting for order and been charged. They cant give me a shipping date but will not issue a refund.
Horrid customer service
I ordered 2 different sizes of a jersey because I didn't know what size I'd need and it said free shipping and 90 day returns. When I went to return it it said there'd be a $10 shipping fee that they'd only waive if I got a gift card instead of a refund to my original payment account. That's RIDICULOUS! Especially because they don't make it clear at ALL that that's the case. And then to make matters worse they don't even have an EMAIL! 🙄 They're live chat is an ai robot and not even a real person to talk to. Seriously the WORST customer service I've EVER seen.
No package no refund

Return Refusal
I purchased a jersey for my grandson as a Christmas gift. The jersey did not fit him when he tried it on. In an effort to find something else to get him, I attempted to the item. On the phone, I was told that a return was not possible as the item was placed in clearance. I told the representative that I purchased the jersey before thanksgiving on a Black Friday sale and it was not on clearance at the time of purchase. The representative refused to listen to what I had to say and refused to process the return. I am extremely disappointed in my experience and would expect the MLS to have higher standards for their customer experience. As a result of this experience, I will not shop with them again, nor will I recommend anyone else to shop with them
Total disappointment
Total disappointment. I ordered a hoodie and they guaranteed it would be delivered by a certain date. Over two weeks went by and they kept saying it was going to be delivered and then just 1 day before delivery (and 4 days before Christmas) they send me an email saying it is out of stock - it was supposed to have been shipped already! Then they won't refund my credit card - they'll only issue a store credit - minus the shipping and tax! Customer service chat (because they don't have a phone number) was a total waste of time. No Christmas present, no proper refund and I have to pay double the shipping and tax for the privilege of going through this again. Do better MLS.
Orders can’t be canceled.
Ordered a product, was told it was a pre order. ETA was after Christmas. The same product is now listed on the website and in stock with shipping before Christmas. Contacted support to cancel my order or get it shipped before Christmas and was informed a) you can’t cancel an order and b) there’s no way to ship it.
Crooked logo
Seems like crooked prints are a regular thing here. $40 for a shirt that the logo is completely crooked is a joke.
VERY POOR QUALITY
I ordered 2 shirts and they arrived on time. However, the t-shirts were very low quality and the logos were crooked. Both shirts were so thin I could see through them when I held them in the light. I have to assume cost cutting measures have gotten to the point of no return.

DO NOT BELIEVE EXPECTED SHIPPING DATE!!!! Bought a jersey on 2/24 for a birthday on 3/22- did not arrive in time. Plan ahead or don’t buy at all, not worth the cost for how cheap it feels & looks. Product got shipped around & switched carriers from UPS to USPS, I honestly thought it was going to get lost or stolen.

Do NOT order from these guys. Bought Xmas gift and it was huge - spent $110 total. It was $10 to "buy" a return label or get a credit to site. Chose credit. Bad move. Still had to stand in line at UPS to return, only got $82 credit, ordered another gift on 12/19 supposed to arrive 12/26 -- it is 1/6 STILL NOTHING. Stay away. They suck. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - AI ROBOT.
Absolutely terrible website
Absolutely terrible website, I spent 3 months trying to have deliver a soccer jersey from LAFC, the first order was sent in Europe and was lost after 3 weeks, then I ordered a second one but this time to be delivered in California at my home, after another 3 weeks of waiting, tracking was still showing “processing”. I called them and did not have any explanation why it was still not sent. So after 3 months of ordering, waiting, reordering,waiting and not have an answer from them where it was or why the delay. So I cancelled the order, they refunded me (the only thing they were good at), and after 3.5 months still nothing. I found another website, bought the jersey and it was delivered few days after. Never, never use mls.com to purchase anything, they are a joke.
looks like scammer website
watch out, you virtually cannot return whatever you buy. Purchased 2 sized for my son, with intention to return wrong size. They did not send confirmation email with order number, but I had it was through paypal, so I had confirmation from paypal. Thats it, then you cannot return it, since no online return, no email to contact, if you call it is only automated service which will not proceed to human unless you have your order number, which I did not have since they did not provide one.
Cannot beleive that all these large teams trust sales to this website.
No shirt, no customer service, no nothing
Ordered a jersey on the 25th of July and today, 15th of August, no sign of the shirt. Tracking service says UPS is not in possession of the item, and the Customer Service is non-existent. I do not recommend- just lost $145, 00!

I am extremely disappointed with the experience I’ve had with this online seller. I returned a product over three weeks ago, and not only did I have to cover the shipping cost for the return, but I still haven’t received my refund. There is no phone number to contact customer service, which makes resolving issues even more frustrating. When I finally reached an agent through chat, they assured me that the refund would be processed within a week, but there’s still no sign of it. This entire experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I will never purchase from this seller again and will be opening a dispute through my credit card company. Buyer beware!

MLS store wont return until they get the product back. The ups site says : Our representatives can’t start an investigation for a package delivered by the postal service. One month later they still have my money way overpaid. And Neither the store or the shipper is accepting responsibility.
Horrible company policies
I tried to order a jersey at Christmas, the company waited 2 weeks to tell me they canceled the order due to no product. The next time I ordered a jersey I decided to change the number on the back within 24 hours of me ordering it, and that was a debacle. I thought I had to cancel the order to reorder it the right way, so after I had reordered the correct jersey. I was later informed that I couldn't cancel the first order because it was a custom order. Now I have spent about $250 for basically 2 of the same jerseys. They need a customer service rep that is available on the phone, and not the automated chat lines. The chatbot said I'd hear from someone within the next 4 days, but I haven't heard from anyone yet. I'd like a refund in return for 1 of the jerseys.

I would give a 0 if possible. I ordered a shirt, the sale price was removed once I put in my cc info. I immediately cancelled and it said it would take 2-7 days to get the refund.
