Do not purchase anything from this site and do not forget to read the fine print. Customer service is inefficient. It took over 40 minutes for a representative to tell me an item was not eligible for return. When purchasing the advertising on the product hooked me in but the items sent were not what I thought I ordered. Lesson learned to read the fine print and never do business with this company again

Defect product
I ordered a shirt on 21st of October. It was delivered on time, but it was missing parts of the print. I am quite disapointed, because it was really expensive, especially shipping the shirt overseas.
Furthermore MLSStore are impossible to get a hold of, and if you do, theyâll just direct you over to another department, whom you canât get in contact with either.

No way Im gonna get internet service and Apple TV for 15$ a month just to watch a few local team matches. League and teams will lose supporters with dick move to try to make more money. Never received my order
Ordered a jersey on 11/26/22 (Black Friday) which was the gift my son most wanted, and it never came. Was told MLS was going to send me a new one but it never shipped. Worst buying experience I have ever had. Spare yourself the misery and disappointment and DO NOT buy from this company.
Awful buying experience
What a god awful buying experience. Tried to buy a Christmas gift twice - both times the site showed it was in stock. 2 days later - both times - I get an email saying the item is out of stock. No reachout so you can speak with someone to find a replacement gift. And you can't trust the site. Do better. A little customer service might be a good idea.

Just another mlsstore.com story of failure to deliver the product ordered. I payed 167.17 for a jersey that never came. This was November of 2022. they have not improved or changed since any of the other reviews. Itâs a great way to waste time with them the card company and being upset about gifts that donât arrive.
Major league soccer canât afford the negative PR this site creates. I Love my local club but using the website makes me feel like I ordered from a group of criminals masquerading as MLS.
Watch those "default to expedited shipping" changes on the last screen
Like a lot of others on here, went to make a purchase, deleted all of the options I wanted to use, got to the last screen with a subtotal reflective of what I was going to spend. Hit submit and it was $20 higher. Went back a screen to make sure I wasn't crazy and on the last screen before you hit submit (the one with the subtotal) they change the shipping automatically to expidited. Contacted customer support and told them and they tried to defend it. Cancelled the order. Will never purchase from them again. MLS needs to find a new vendor. Fabletics is terrible.

Wrong item sent
I saw a Galaxy hat for sale $3.99 I thought itâs my lucky day since I cannot afford the usual hats which cost
$20-$30. But I was sent a raiders hat instead. I called customer service and was informed that the Galaxy hat was sold out. They issued me a refund and said that I can keep the raiders hat but in the end, itâs not what I wanted. It was my first and last purchase from MLS Store.

I guess I am just one more person to add to the list of unhappy customers. I ordered a jersey in a size large and when I received my product was packaged as a large but was in fact a medium. I called up to support and initially got a representative that while "Investigating" the issue ended up hanging up on me. I called back a second time and this time actually got the most helpful person I have ever spoken with at MLS Stores support. She apologized for all the issues, was able to locate another jersey in the size I wanted and ordered for me. She also sent me a shipping label to return the incorrect jersey. Fast forward to nearly a month later and I have yet to receive the correct size jersey. After looking online there appears to be no Larges available anywhere. I give a call back to MLS Store support and receive an agent that was in need of additional training. She put me on hold multiple times with ever even saying she was going to put me on hold. She processed a refund when I never asked for a refund. She eventually transferred me away to a voicemail again with out even telling me she would be transferring me. I go ahead and callback again and this time I receive a support agent that is pretty good. She looks through everything and tell me that basically there is no update or expected time frame of when my correct jersey would ship and since they don't have any idea of when it will ship that they will be processing my refund and expect the wrong sized jersey to be returned. So in the end I "may" get my money back but I am out the product that I ordered. As some one who manages a team of technical support agents, I can confidently say that MLS Store has the worse customer service I have ever dealt with.

I was curious if other customer's were as dissatisfied with your company as I was, and CLEARLY the answer is yes, you suck and should not be in business. I waited over a month for 2 t-shirts that I purchased from MLSstore.com and they never arrived. I had to open a PayPal investigation/dispute to get my money back. What a bunch of losers. WARNING to all MLS fans out there, DO NOT ORDER from this site, they will take your money and you will not get the product you ordered. What a disappointment!!
Custom Jersey got lost after a month wait...
I ordered a custom Austin FC jersey on May 21, 2021. Obviously excited to rep it for the first home games for their first season ever. It was supposed to arrive June 28th. It is now July 13th with no jersey or communication. The last update on the tracking order shows it was in my town on June 9th...but no updates after that. It is frustrating that their is NO email for customer service. It's 2021 and this is the Major League website...not rec league...yet they have no customer service email. That is insane to me. Also the chat is a joke, no one is ever on it. The fact they give you an address to mail a letter is even more insulting! I called their number with the annoying robot and finally connected with customer service. She was pleasant and nice to know she was not some 3rd party overseas. She noticed my jersey was lost so stated they can send another. She stated it would be 4 weeks until I received it. I asked if I could just get a refund. When she got back on the line she stated it would actually arrive next week. So, fingers crossed this one does not get lost! Or I will have to change this 3 stars to 1 star...
