Mitch is a good communicator. For our problem with an electric shower that had simply stopped working, Mitch suggested we initially get an electrician to check the electrics as this could have solved the issue. Once this had been done, Mitch scheduled us in for the following day and came at the agreed time. He replaced the shower quickly and tested it thoroughly. He also fixed another plumbing issue with our toilet at the same time, overcoming access issues and solving them without any fuss. Mitch was able to give us a booking for a boiler service while he was at our property. I am so pleased we found his business and would use his services again and recommend him wholeheartedly.

Mitchell rang me this morning to say he would be a little late , i thought that was nice,better than no contact at all.

Highly recommend Mitchel (MLT Plumbing). Very well qualified in all aspects of heating and plumbing. Great Comms (text/photos etc) re plumbing issue. Arrived within a day or to do work. Neat, tidy and very professional. A fair price and left the house with vastly better water pressure than we had before after replacing defective valve.

Mitchell provided and excellent service. Arrived prompt and got on with the job. Mitchell only replaced parts that were necessary and kept me updated on any extra money to be paid. Mitchell was polite and well presented.
