Great service and gave great advice about my boiler will definitely use again

Arrived on time. Polite and genuine. Efficiently serviced boiler and gas fire within a short space of time. Approachable, answering all questions and provided safety advice. Good value and no callout charge. Would use again.

I contacted MLT plumbing and heating about a couple of small jobs that needed to be done before some building work could commence. Mitch contacted me later that day, and an appointment was made for two days later.
Mitch turned up on time, and was able to do the first job there and then. He emailed me later with a quote for the other job which we arranged to do at the end of the week. Thank you for completing the jobs so promptly.

I will be asking him for any more plumbing jobs that need to be done in the future!

We contacted Mitch after having an unexpected boiler failure requiring a new boiler. Mitch was quick to respond to our plight. Mitch gave a very competitive quote for the installation a Worcester boiler with a 10 year guarantee. Mitch was able to help in a timely manner which was amazing as being without hot water and heating is pretty uncomfortable! He even offered to fit it whilst we are away on holiday so we could come home to heating and hot water. We chose however to have it fitted once we got home and we are glad we did purely because it was an absolute pleasure to have Mitch in our home. He was very efficient, he got the job done to a very high standard in the time frame he had given us. He was extremely tidy in his work and checked with us throughout that we were happy with his installation. He made sure his installation and programming of the boiler would give us the most cost and energy efficient supply. He then took the time to show us how to use the boiler and he completed all the paperwork and registered our boiler for us for the warranty. He also reduced our bill for anything that he didn’t end up needing to use. Mitchell is a very professional, genuine and nice chap ! He clearly is passionate about his trade and we would recommend him to anyone needing a plumber !
