Easy purchase and fast delivery. Easy to put together, great instructions. Purchased for a bedroom storage/makeup station. It’s perfect!

Took a couple of weeks to arrive but very happy with the Quinn Queen bed for my teenage son's room. Looks great, good quality.

Purchased the Maisie Scalloped Bookcase from Mocka restaurant, It’s super cute and was easy to follow the instructions to put it together without power tools (also like that it includes furniture straps). It arrived relatively quickly even though we live in a rural area which is fantastic. Not the first time i have purchased from Mocka and I will definitely buy from them again.

I ordered bedside tables and one came with some damaged/incorrect pieces. The customer assistance was amazing and I had new parts shipped immediately. Very happy with my gorgeous tables!!!

Lovley product easy to put together

Service was fabulous, I enquired as to how quickly the unit would be available to collect due to going on holidays and they made sure it was ready when i needed. Unit is beautiful and well built. Very sturdy.

I’ve ordered a number of Mocka pieces over the years. They are very well made and have lasted. I’ve had one box missing from my delivery and they were very quick to rectify. The only frustrating thing is the shipping goes from QLD all the way to Sydney and then back to me on the north coast NSW so it took longer than expected.

I bought 2 Osaka bedside drawers and a Cabinet in December. The Cabinet was dispatched within a week of purchasing and the bedside drawers were on preorder for mid January. I did not get them in January and when the link for tracking was clicked, it was unreadable. I contacted customer service twice in February and mid-Feb I called them, they were polite and said it would arrive end of the month. It's now March and I haven't recieved any tracking. What's concerning to me is that daily there is new reviews on their website for these bedside tables (Osaka), saying shipping was fast etc. Why are they still selling it if it's taking 3 months+ to deliever the product? They seem like fake reviews to me. I'm disappointed but hope it arrives soon.

We purchased the Ravello indoor/outdoor dining chairs and the matching round bistro tables for the cafe area in our business. The tables area great size, lightweight but not flimsy or prone to tipping over. The chairs are really comfortable and very stylish. Very happy with the purchase. Ordering was easy and delivery was fast and reasonable in price.
Recommend Moka and will shop there again.

We purchased the Blair bedside tables along with the Blair six-drawer and are really happy with how they’ve turned out in our space. The bedside tables are a great size and sit at the perfect height next to the bed, lining up well rather than feeling too low, which makes them really practical to use.

The drawer sizes are generous in both the bedside tables and the six-drawer, making them easy to use for everyday storage without feeling cramped. The colour match between the two pieces is also spot on, so they look cohesive and well thought out together.

Delivery was smooth and quicker than expected, arriving a day earlier than scheduled. We were also able to easily organise with the courier to leave the items, even though we’d originally requested otherwise, which made the process stress-free. Assembly was straightforward, with clear and easy-to-follow instructions. Overall, we’re very happy with the quality and finish of both pieces and would happily recommend them.

I bought the playpen with mat, and the instructions were not very easy to follow for someone like me. I contacted customer support and after some back-and-forth they discovered the problem in the way I had assembled the product and I was able to put it together correctly. I did have to persist to get help, as this was not picked up despite sending photos and questioning if I had put it together incorrectly. I appreciate their patience in eventually solving this matter, and I am now very happy with the product itself.

Love the look, the cupboard doors are a bit finicky to align. It does what it’s promoted to do - great storage space and the drawers are an extra bonus.

I’ve had the worst experience shopping with Mocka. It took 7 weeks for my order to arrive, I purchased an in stock item early December for a Christmas gift, I had to chase Mocka with emails and phone calls for its whereabouts, a bit over 4 weeks later it turned out the shipping company had lost it, so Mocka offered to replace it, 3 days later I still didn’t have a new tracking number so I called them again and was told it takes 4 business days for items to be shipped…albeit my child’s Christmas present had been lost, I’d have thought they’d get the item out asap. I’ve finally received the stools and the quality is poor, foam underneath is creating dents and creases like a 10 year old faux leather lounge, it looks so cheap. I’m so hesitant to ask customer service for help with this as I don’t want to be waiting another 2 months for a replacement

Great service and product!
Purchased my second child’s cot from mocka and the cot is perfect at a great price point.
Only note was that shipping took a little longer than expected but overall great experience.
