Love these drawers. Great addition to our nursery. They did take some time to put together but all worth it for the end product

We are absolutely thrilled with this buffet. Such beautiful quality for a flat pack. We ended up ordering another one!

I have ordered 2 orders from this company and definitely will order again in the future. The quality of furniture is amazing and super cute and they constantly have decent sales coming up. But the main reason I will be a returning customer is due to the impeccable customer service I received over the phone from one of Mockas customer service reps! They were patient, listened to my concerns, escalated appropriately and helped fix my issue. You rarely receive customer service like that these days so it was very important to me I make a point to write a review! Great company who have great people working for them!!!!

The six Avila Stools purchased were easy to put together and look great at my kitchen island and servery.
Am very happy with quality for the price and so have just ordered the buffet to match.

Mocka makes sturdy, reliable and competitive priced items. We’ve recently bought the King Single Sonata frames after having our child in the Sonata cot through her first year and then with the toddler side until the recent upgrade. We were surprised at how excellent the quality of the items we received for how fair the pricing is compared to other businesses. We will continue to purchase from here for years to come, you can’t beat a business that provides aesthetic, good quality and cost effective items.

I have made 2 seperate orders from Mocka and have been really happy with both products. First I purchased an ottoman, then later some shelves for my daughter’s toys. Both are lovely quality, they look exactly how they were advertised and are great quality. There was also plenty of communication regarding shipping. I will definitely order from Mocka again in the future.

The quality of this piece is so good! Really easy to put together using their instructions and loved the extra parts packet for more screws and things if you need. It looks so good! The designers did such a great job with this one!

Mocka has been such an easy and reliable company to buy from. We bought our baby the rotating bookshelf as his first Christmas present 3 days before Christmas and we didn’t think we would be able to collect it in time but the warehouse were so easy to deal with, the email communication was quick and efficient even the call centre was really helpful when we were worried we wouldn’t make it before they closed for the holidays. Can not rate them more highly for their customer service and their products are just as exceptional! Pieces that are sturdy and will last for great prices! So glad there is a store in Christchurch now too! Will be recommending them to everyone and will be return customers for sure!

I love the selection of products at great price points. We ordered furniture for babies room and it looks fantastic, really happy with the purchases we made.

Ordered around Christmas time and received the flat packs early January. I was pleased given other reviews advised delivery takes forever. Furniture looks good and sturdy. Happy with it.

Pros:

Delivery was faster than expected.
Super easy to assemble
They look good set up and I love that you can mix and match the shelves depending on the needs of your space

Cons:
My Eden tall shelf arrived with a fault - large scratch/dent across the top shelf. Quality is poor. The finish gets damaged literally by just scratching off the sticker with a fingernail.
I don’t suspect they’ll last long at all and I’d have returned them if I hadn’t bought them on sale.

Really great value outdoor chairs. They look so stylish, are comfortable to sit on, and don't cost a fortune. We went back and purchased the matching table thats how much we love this set. They are flexible and looked good in more than one area of the home but we went with our front porch and added some cushions for that extra cozy feel.

If you are looking to buy something from Mocka, take this as your warning coming from someone who has been waiting 5 weeks for a bed frame...

We called the courier to delay this till Monday which was agreed
Dec 8 2025:
The delivery has still not arrived by the afternoon so we called the courier who advised it would arrive between 4-7pm
The delivery does not arrive
Dec 9 2025:
Tracking link shows that one box has been damaged
Dec 11 2025:
Mocka is still waiting on the damage report before they can decide if a replacement is needed or not
They confirm later in the day that box #2 is damaged and order a replacement
Box #3 is delivered without notice and in poor condition
Dec 12 2025:
We email Mocka and tell them box #3 contains 1 panel and 1 metal rod and ask them to confirm if this is correct
Dec 15 2025:
Mocka advises this should contain multiple panels and a hardware pack without acknowledging that this is not what we have received
After repeating that we have only received 1 panel and 1 metal rod, Mocka says “It is possible that my system is not updated, therefore please wait until the remainder of the boxes are delivered. If once they have been delivered and there is still panels missing, let me know.”
We request compensation and Mocka provides a $50 refund of the delivery fee

The replacement for box #2 is received and we ask for an expected delivery date on the last box (#1)
Mocka says they will follow up with the courier
Dec 17 2025:
We email Mocka for an update on box #1
Dec 18 2025:
Mocka says they will follow up with the courier again
Dec 19 2025:
We email Mocka again for an update on box #1
Dec 22 2025:
Mocka advises that this is taking too long and offers to arrange for a replacement on box #1 instead to be delivered in 2-7 business days
We question this as the original box #1 is already at the depot so why would it be faster to arrange for a replacement
Dec 23 2025:
Mocka advises they have tried to get the original box #1 out but it will still be quicker to get a replacement
We request additional compensation and Mocka provides a further $50 refund
Jan 5 2026:
Over a month out from our order date, we finally receive box #1
After unpacking all the items it turns out we are missing the bed slats and hardware/screws
We email Mocka clearly stating what is missing and with images of their assembly instructions circled showing exactly what is missing
Jan 6 2026:
Mocka asks us to use the assembly instructions to confirm specifically what is missing despite having been provided images already
Mocka advises that parts orders will take 3-5 business days to be processed and 2-7 business days to be delivered (they do not have express shipping available)
Meaning we will have to wait another 5-12 business days for the missing parts despite waiting over a month already
Additionally, we had already told Mocka that we were missing parts on Dec 15 2025
After speaking to their customer service on the phone, they confirm again that express shipping is not possible and provide another $50 refund

We email Mocka for an update on the missing parts
No reply from Mocka
Jan 9 2026:
We email Mocka again for an update on the missing parts
No reply from Mocka until I have gone onto their website and asked for an update again through their chat function
Mocka advises that they have the slats on hand but the hardware needs to be taken from a new product so will add a little extra time to the normal dispatch process
Mocka provides us with 2 additional options, (1) refund us for the remaining amount and then we would have to dispose of what has already been received or (2) send us a complete replacement (dispatch in 4 business days and delivery in 2-7 business days) and we would also have to dispose of what has already been received
Neither of these options are suitable, all I want is the missing parts as soon as possible so I can finally stop sleeping on a mattress on the floor.

Our furniture was delivered within a few days over Christmas time. It was easy to out together with each piece numbered for extra ease.
Good quality and great value for money. Have purchased twice from Mocka and would buy again and recommend to others.

Love my Noosa rattan bedside cabinets, we wall hung them and they look amazing! The whole experience from purchase to delivery to set up was seem-less.
