DO NOT ORDER! TERRIBLE SERVICE!
I ordered a bracelet in silver tone and it was nice. So I decided to order one in the gold tone metal . It was a very gaudy yellow tone and the clasp was so hard to use, I couldn't attach it by myself I had to ask for help.. so I sent in a return request saying I would gladly return it for the white since the gold was really ugly color,. We had four or five emails back and forth and they kept saying they're going to turn it over to the service department but here we are 5 months later and I have nothing.. I even offered to pay shipping to trade it in for the silver metal. So I'm stuck with a bracelet I will never wear.

Ordered a bracelet Dec.2nd, 2025 but never received it. No answer at all on my emails. 118$ gone - DO NOT ORDER from this company - you will NEVER receive the bracelet nor get a refund. TOTAL SCAM !!!!

they are thieves. the quality is not good. they offer a return and refund policy but do not respond. VISA refused the dispute on my card. I am beyond angry

Total scam. Have sent at least 10 requests for help from “Modian” after purchase made 12/1 and never received item. Their email responses are a total shell game, with them bouncing back and forth between stating the item is out of stock, they’re checking with the shipping carrier, they’d like to offer me a refund and then stating they have to check with their “refund department “. Absolutely ridiculous. Trying to get a charge back from my bank. I can’t believe this is allowed to continue with all the official complaints that have been filed against Modian via BBB and govt channels.

I ordered a tennis bracelet on January 20th for my wife's birthday, they confirmed with an order number, but I have not received my bracelet. I have sent 3 emails, providing my oder number, but have not had any response to any of them, nor any notice for tracking number etc!!
VERY UNHAPPY wth this company!!

I ordered beginning of December but I have not received anything except excuses This company is completely bogus I recommend that no one order anything from modian One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with

This is a scam company ordered in early December received nothing no way to contact the email died not exist they deserve 0 stars

I placed my order on December 6, 2025, as a Christmas gift for someone. Never arrived, no customer support response after multiple attempts to communicate. It’s definitely a scam. Thankfully my daughter works with the US Chamber of Commerce and is currently investigating this so called company for consumer fraud. Modian, you messed with the wrong person, that purchase was for my daughter! Once I receive word on the case, I will leave instructions on how to file a claim/lawsuit against this company. Likely will be a class action suit.

I wish I could give it ZERO stars! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not buy from here you are wasting your time and money. I have warned you.

SCAM, RIPOFF, DO NOT BUY!!

Ordered 3 Moissanite Tennis Bracelet Dec 1st. The tracking link showed it never shipped. I emailed them and they responded once saying there was a shipping issue and they were working on it. I waited 3 more weeks and got no response. I’ve emailed several times and filled in their support web form. They don’t respond. I disputed the charge with my credit card and got my money back

I ordered a tennis necklace and the stones were too big for my liking. I'd like to exchange it or return it. I have sent messages to customer service and no response. The advertise merchandise can be returned in 30 days but they don't answer you. And by the way it took 30 days to come after I ordered it. I'm still going to try but I don't feel hopeful that I'll from them. Not going to order from anyone on face book again.

I placed Order #11396, on the 2025-11-19 and it arrived on the 2025-12-23T00:24:46+08:00 which took so long to arrive and there was no communication from Modian when I wrote to them thrice, that I initiated a chargeback with my credit card company.

When the moissanite gold bracelet finally arrived, it was not in Modian packaging and immediately looked and felt cheap. The clasp did not work properly from the start. I tried to secure it using the side prongs, but they wouldn’t align. When I attempted a small adjustment so the bracelet would close, it broke.

Because the item looked so low quality and different from what I expected, And at that time I was also ordering other gold bracelets with stones on Amazon, I genuinely did not realize it was the Modian bracelet I had been waiting for and threw it in the bin. I later canceled the chargeback realizing that it was the same bracelet that I created a chargeback for—had I known it was the Modian bracelet, I would have requested a refund instead and sent them back the broken bracelet. That was USD $150 wasted.

Between the long shipping delay, poor product quality, and unexpected charges, my experience was extremely disappointing. I would urge others to be very cautious before purchasing from this company.

Purchased a bracelet first week of December 2025. The order still has not arrived and there has been no customer service assistance other than once replying that they will check with the supplier. Waste of money!!!!

Worst company. Purchased a bracelet on December 4th, no tracking for the shipping amd have emailed them 3 times with no response. One of the email addresses on their website bounces and the other gets no action taken by them. Absolute scam, do not use.

It's a scam! I paid for a bracelet that has never arrived! Sent over 10 emails. Nothing. It's a complete SCAM!

SCAM FRAUD SCAM FRAUD- They have not responded to any of my emails after6 weeks of not receiving the 100.00 jewelry- I filed a claim with my bank and also have reported to the BBB- SCAM SCAM FEAUD FRAUD- DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS RIP OFF BEIJING, CHINA FRAUD

Ordered Two Tennis Bracelets on December 20, 2025.
Have yet to receive them, or a response from several emails.
