Order$400 of bracelets in November for a wedding nothing yet I keep getting request for reviews in emails but I have received nothing. No help from them they keep saying they are trying to contact shipping carrier but I have gotten nothing response I do have tracking number but tracking just says no package received yet. 🤦🏽‍♀️

Ordered a bracelet which took weeks to come and it's too small. I can't find an email address for them as their website says .co. and nothing after that

Ordered on Nov. 22… nothing since. Zero communication.

Don’t not buy from this company it’s a Scam company is from China 🇨🇳 I have reported them to thf state department for investigation along with the Better Business Bureau, Do Not Buy! They will Steal your money that lady they presenting like the owner is FALSE! Scam

Ordered a bracelet on Dec 6th. Nothing has come. They haven’t sent any tracking information. Tried to contact multiple times. Luckily paid through PayPal and got a refund. Beware. Do not order from them !!

This company is a big scam. I ordered a bracelet, hoping that it would be here in time for the Christmas holidays to which it did not. I have emailed them numerous times for information with no response. I am now calling my credit card company and having an investigation made, and a reversal of the charge. Wish me good luck.

THIS COMPANY HAS NO MORALS AND EVERYONE SHOULD BE PUT IN JAIL. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY WITH NO INTENTION OF SENDING YOU ANYTHING. DISGUSTING.

Ordered 5 Dec never received my order. They will not contact me. If send over a dozen requests for information and received nothing. They take your money and disappear

They took my money & I never received anything. Even though I paid for expedited shipping and shipping insurance. Still nothing. I have written about 10 emails about it & no response. They send me emails wanting reviews & I tell them I have nothing to review & still no response. This place is a scam !!!

AVOID ordering from this so called Modian company at all cost! They are a SCAM company based in China. I ordered a bracelet from their website and my total amount changed to a higher amount after entering my credit card information and proceeding with payment and they also charged me against my knowledge and consent a VIP membership fee for $59.99. I sent them several emails and left voice mail messages on the only phone number I could find on them and not once has anyone gotten back to me! These people are a complete scam and I would not want anyone to fall a victim as I was.

A scam!! Received my order of low quality jewelry! The email for the company doesn’t work. I have no way to return this. No customer support! It’s all a scam!

I ordered 1 bracelet on sale & was charged a”membership fee” of $59.99! I NEVER was informed of a fee ! I texted them to cancel this & I just got ANOTHER charge for $59.99 for another bracelet! Watch out..they don’t respond to texts!

Bracelet arrived and it looks like it has.fallen out.of a cheap cracker. Faulty clasp and beyond cheap and nasty. No email address to respond to. Black Friday bargain of.£60 something. More like a
Black Friday Nightmare. Please do not buy and avoid the disappointment and being ripped off with some Chinese tad.

Ordered some products over a week ago. When attempting to reach put to their support team, via email. I receive no response whatsoever and their tracking, 57track, never updates.

This is definitely a scam. Fortunately, the order was placed through Affirm so my card details were never given to them and I can have this investigated.

I noticed other reviews here that state that they never received their products. I wish I would have read them before placing my order.

Paid £88 on the 17th November still haven’t received my bracelet. No response from the email either! Yesterday they tried to take the vip membership out of £45.44 that I knew nothing about so I cancelled the payment! Total scam called Barclays card and they are refunding the amount for the bracelet and the subscription too as good not received

Bought an item, when you put in your card details and hit confirm, the company added in VIP membership at circa £45 that I neither asked for nor knew anything about until you hit confirm in the cart / payment section. The website is cc.modian.co, contact email addresses given do not work. Avoid like the plague. UK buyer here. I am now having to cancel the bank card to get this pending payment stopped.

Modian USA complete rip off merchants. Ordered a £43 bracelet which turned into a £95 nightmare after they added membership and other add ons which you are not aware of. Can't contact them. Emails returned. No phone no. Made comments on their website which were ignored. Reported them to Fraud Dept. Only good reviews are from American buyers or are they buyers. Shame company

This Company , Modian charged my credit card twice.
Also added a Membership fee to my order without my permission. Showed up on my confirmation email after the fact.

I have made contact to try to cancel an order and no response or communication.
