Very small, difficulties attaching, lock is suspect
Having successfully purchased previous items my wife was excited to receive Teardrop Diamond Mini Huggie Earrings.
However, on receipt of the earrings, the box was damaged although the packaging was not.
Also, she struggled to get them into her ears due to their size. They looked more comfortable in the picture).
In attempting to attach them her ears were left red and bruised.
After removing them and trying to refit them the day after the lock felt loose.
Warning - the diamond is almost invisible, so much money for something so small.
Thinking about returning them but these were a present from my son for Motherâs Day from his first wage.

I am so sorry that your wife had trouble putting these on, they are mini huggies so can be fiddly to put on but should never leave bruising!
As with all non personalised MV jewellery purchased on our website, you have 100 days to return these for a refund or exchange so if there is something else that you would like instead please do not hesitate to reach out to us at customercare@monicavinader.com for assistance arranging this.
I am so sorry to hear that the box arrived damaged, this is something we would love to rectify for you also if you can drop us an email we will be able to assist with arranging a replacement box should you wish to keep these.

Evri had managed to lose a personalised bracelet purchased as a git for my mothers carer after she passed away. I had purchased the bracelet during the Black Friday sale and cheekily asked if they might be able to let me have another for the same price. They offered me a FREE replacement and are sending it to her via express delivery. I have tears in my eyes as I write this, their kindness is overwhelming. My only regret is that I didn't take the name of the person who helped me.
