Cheap seconds! Silver Groove T bar necklace..
Ordered a Silver Groove necklace, arrived with a link missing, have returned but still no refund. I ordered a new one only to find that this time the T bar was missing and the chain has been joined to the hoop, so there is no way it will fit over an adult head let alone a child. Iâve now wasted a significant amount of money time and energy on cheap product and terrible customer service!

Amazing customer service experience. I ordered bangles online for next day delivery but only put one gift bag by mistake. I phoned customer services and spoke to Harley, he was extremely helpful and said heâd try his best to make sure I have 2 gift bags and message cards with my order. He emailed in less than half an hour to let me know Iâll be receiving 2. Itâs so refreshing to have customer experience like this with dedicated staff that really care.
