Didn't see any updates when checking my tracking info, but a couple of days later my package was delivered via FedEx! They must have changed their return policy because now you can go online and print a hassle free return label. I can't complain. Good experience on my first purchase with Moosejaw.
Pre-covid good customer service and prompt refund.
I had some shipping issues with moosejaw but customer service helped me to sort it out. They provided a full refund and apologized for the inconvenience although the customer service people aren't personally at fault for the delivery issues. The experience was pre covid and thus may not reflect the current situation of customer care. I like their products and logo.

Total clown show. Sent me wrong shoes. A completely different kind of shoe and 3 sizes too small. Called them and the guy wasn't very sorry, but gave excuses about the "Chicago warehouse". So I re-ordered but they're out of my shoe now. Just 2 days later. The guy on the phone had a bit of attitude as well. If they get cute, htey will here from my bank. Avoid these fools.
Frustrating
I have placed well over a thousand dollars worth of orders with Moosejaw. I had quick shipping and good prices. Then one day they sent me the wrong sleeping bag liner (mummy instead of regular). I figured they were close items and I must have ordered wrong. Returned and reordered. Got the same wrong one. Checked both orders closely. I had ordered correctly, but they shipped wrong in both (and charged me shipping for the return). I tried to chat 5 times. No response. I called and got the cutesy ping-pong message twice in the middle of business hours. I did the feedback form--silence. After 4 days I called again. Got ahold of someone. All excuses, no apology (not that I needed one, but shipping this stuff back and waiting is frustrating). She said they got my email and credited the shipping and that they were checking on the stock of the correct item. She told me I should email back in a few days if I hadnt heard anything. Well, as you will likely guess, I hadnt heard anything and emailed back. That was 5 days ago. My trip is next week. I just ordered on Amazon.
I have not only ordered faithfully from Moosejaw but referred my camping/paddling buddies to the site. I'm done. REI for me.
Scammers or Incompetent?
I am trying to figure out if they are just super disorganized or if I am getting purposefully scammed.
Long story short - They messed up an order and sent me a second pair of the shoes that I ordered... several months later. Even after I returned them, they kept threatening to charge me for this extra item. (Frustratingly, it was actually much more complicated than this!)

I've shopped before and loved it.... This was a comedy of errors. Knew the shoes I wanted, got errors on the shopping cart! Tried their live chat (didn't work, they would respond in 8 - 12 hours), tried the customer feedback form but the shopping cart gave me an error, tried to call them and got the message they were "in a heated ping pong tourney and would call me back in 8 hours!" Incredible! What's up Walmart?
Stay away!
This was the first time ordering from Moosejaw and it will be the last. I ordered a Yakima bike carrier that they claimed was in stock. This particular carrier was also in stock at every online bicycle shops, but I wanted to give these guys a shot and become an established customer. Well, after 4 weeks of waiting, several communications with customer service, a boat load of excuses, expected ship dates, and multitude of other excuses I reached out to customer service one last time at which point she stated "I recommend you cancel your order if you don't want to wait." What kind of company says this to their customers?
Do yourself a favor and save yourself the stress, the waiting, and the disrespect and shop elsewhere; you've been warned.

Bought my usual size in shoes. These fit good in a regular sock, and in a medium weight, also. Some say they are a bit of a struggle to pull on, which I don't mind- no slippage then. My only downside to the Bogs, is the pull tab doesn't separate enough to put your finger through without using your other hand. A minor inconvenience. Comfortable after 1 month wear in Spring/ Early Summer wear. I'd buy again.

Canadians Beware
I purchased a few items from MooseJaw.com after being drawn to the low prices and “free shipping.” Little did I know the order was calculated in USD (in spite of indicating that I was ordering from Canada), and did not see the true price until my credit card bill. The UPS and customs fees (which the website states they do not cover) were exorbitant. The items ended up costing twice as much as they would have if I had purchased from a company with a Canadian warehouse. I’ve learned my lesson, and will not shop with MooseJaw.com again. Don’t be fooled by the “Canadian” aesthetic... this website is strictly for Americans.

Kicking the can down the road
This is a review for the Moosejaw.com online retailer. I ordered a ThermaRest Xtherm Women's insulated pad from them, which arrived without the scrub sack, box, or repair kit. On contacting customer service, they informed me that I would have to submit a warranty to Therma-Rest. When asked why (since this should not be a warranty issue), they said that Therma-Rest had sent them the items without a complete set. That's right, they sent out the item they sold, which is billed on the website as the complete kit, KNOWING that it didn't have all items included, and now are kicking it to the customer to deal with the hassle. Why would you ever think this would be ok?

"Lifetime Return and Exchange" policy
Moosejaw.com's cutesy returns policy is misleading. Restrictions on return of climbing gear are included down in the product description, not prominently displayed. I ordered a Black Diamond climbing harness that right out of the box was too small. I was familiar with the harness so I did not read the product description fully and carefully when ordering. As a result, I missed the No Returns on climbing equipment line. "Lifetime Return and Exchange" policy? Sound like the old REI return policy? It isn't. Read product descriptions and the return policy carefully. The only way you can return an item is if merchandise is in original packaging, with original tags, unused and ready to go back on sale. Climbing gear, not at all. Caveat emptor.

I often buy stuff from Moosejaw, so far I have only good experience, last year I ordered a lot of stuff for Christmas and somehow UPS lost the package, and Moosejaw customer service sent me the same items without any charges with overnight free shipping.
I wish they post more pictures and detail about the products. Like Zappos does.

Very Risky Purchase. I never review sites but my experience was so horrible that I hoping to save others the stress and money. I was attracted to the site because it seemed like they had a good deals on winter clothes that I needed. About $650 later, I never received the product and have no way to tell where, to whom, or if the product was delivered.
They aggressively contested my claim and, after hooouurrss of speaking with customer service reps, I was forced to pay the $650. No store credit, replacement products, discount - Nothing. A lot of money for me personally and I still needed to buy warm clothes for the winter.
I can't believe this website is legal. It seem incredibly fraudulent. Save yourself the stress and heartache.
