The process was straightforward and seamless, I put this down to Jay Kabir being very responsive and were on hand to answer any questions I had. There would be times where I had questions and knew I could pick up the phone or message Jay and the issue would be resolved straight away.

Vonne Austin is a pleasure to work with, very fast and efficient.

Great! Great! Great! We dealt with Vonne for a buy to let, his Communication was always quick (even though we would message for an update almost daily), he was straight to point and clear with what we/he needed. Surprisingly, it has been a quick and painless process so far. Just up to the solicitors now.

I don't often write reviews, but the service my sister and I received from Vonne @ Mortigo was exceptional.
We previously kept receiving bad news regarding our complex case with trying to obtain a mortgage and gave up on the idea of a purchase for now.
With the market getting slightly better we thought lets give it a try again with a completely new broker who was recommended, and we are so happy we contacted Vonne, honestly wish we found Mortigo sooner. Vonne was positive from the beginning, we told him about how complex the purchase was and the bad news we've previously had and he said he is positive he can get us the mortgage and will try his best to do so.
We weren't to optimistic but nonetheless followed through with beginning affordability etc.. and I can't lie, we kept contacting Vonne (probably far more than we needed to being first time buyers and anxious lol), and he didn't mind at all. Kept replying to WhatsApp messages picked up every call, and responded to every email, keeping us updated fully. Vonne managed to get us an AIP straight away with an EXCELLENT interest rate, and in short, today we received an offer. I believe our first communication with Vonne was mid April. Vonne recommended a solicitor we could use, recommended people for all stages if required and was just amazing. We will definitely be using Mortigo again in the future and will continue to recommend them.
