A friend sold a car to these guys which did not have full service history, now we see it advertised on their Autotrader page WITH full service history and they've wound the clock back by 10,000 miles, and claimed it had its last service in those "wound back" miles. Do not trust this company.

Couldn't fault the car, the staff or the garage, more than happy with the car I got, staff very polite and helpful, first class garage, would highly recommend anyone to purchase their next used car, best experience I've had on buying a car.

After applying on 15th June 2020 for an Audi car and being told the application took 24/36 hours to agree, some 8 days later I was still waiting to hear and was then told the rates had gone up substantially and the vehicle wasn’t available for the price I had applied for so I asked for the order to be cancelled and no credit search carried out.
All now sounds like a lure you in with a “great offer” deal that doesn’t exist and then you’re offered something more expensive, after risking your credit file with unnecessary and potentially detrimental credit searches in the meantime.

Update
After cancelling the application on the 23rd in view of the delay and the deal on the car ordered no longer being available I’m aware that a hard credit search was then carried out anyway on the 25th by Lloyd’s Bank, two days after the deal was cancelled!
Complaint now being lodged with FCA.

Their prices are great, but I went with select leasing instead for the professionalism, politeness and insanely high reviews. I was really considering going with Motorama due to the great 10% miles booster and £500 damage allowance, but when I sent a quote from another dealer for the second time, the useless and rude advisor simply replied “That’s fine, go with them as we have given you our best offer and I won’t get into a Dutch auction”. I appreciate he might not want to keep going to and fro with quotes but when a price promise exists there’s nothing that stipulates ‘one price match only’. Need to be more polite to customers and just tell me that’s the final offer. Happily went with Select Leasing instead where I got a better deal and I was treated properly. I advise you do the same, the reviews on select leasing speak for themselves.

Do yourself a favour and pay a few pounds more to get treated with respect. I did.

I’ve been with these talented people for over 2 years and I’ve just renewed my contract for another 2 years. There have been a few issues, but we have managed to pull together and the Motorama proved something very important which is, there will always be some issues, but it’s all about how you resolve them and how you move forward. I am glad that I can be customer of Motorama! I can recommend it to business or private sector. Thank you Dominic Tutton and Kerrie Lansley!! Without you two it would not be possible!

This is the first time I've leased a car from Motorama I can honestly say I was very satisfied, the staff were very helpful and in particular Ryan answered all my questions and did not pressure me into making any decisions. Everytime I had a question the answer was just an email away and usually within 24 hours (excluding weekends). The vehicle came exactly as advertised and I'm really happy with my choice. I would definetly recommend you give them a try and definetly ask for Ryan to be your account manager he is quite good at his job.

I have recently hired a car from Motorama. They provided excellent service . My car was delivered on time and I was informed every step of the way , from ordering the car to the delivery , what was happening. I’d recommend them to anyone wanting a leased car.
Also they were the most reasonable cost wise compared with several other quotes.

I first tried Nationwide who were diabolical and once I contacted Motorama after my friend recommended them they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish... Reece and Ryan were always at the end of the phone and their colleagues in sales and delivery support were great too and helped me get the car I wanted in less than two weeks after the other company had messed me around something chronic! I would recommend them to anyone!

Great service through, Ryan Sherlock and Nik Grkinic went above and beyond. First time I have used this company and would recommend them fully.

Great attentive service from start to finish.

Professional friendly and makes the whole process easy

Excellent service ...all the staff I dealt with throughout the process were friendly & professional. My vehicle was delivered to my door on a covered trailer taking away the hassle of collecting it with no delivery mileage. I would definitely use Motorama again and would recommend it to anyone thinking of leasing a vehicle.

My first time leasing was made far easier by Brian, Ian and the other members of Motorama I had contact with. I never felt pressured and felt at ease to ask questions that received prompt responses.

The car was delivered when requested and I can now say the process of acquiring a vehicle through leasing seemed easier than purchasing experiences. I enjoyed clear accurate costs on the website with big savings on comparable PCP deals.

My hope is the good experience continues when returning the car. If so, I will have no hesitation using Motorama again.
