Great prices, great choice, great service

I have had an excellent experience with motorama. I would would recommend In a heartbeat.

Leasing a car can sometimes feel like a dark art but the Motorama team provide an honest, simple and professional service. Would definitely recommend them and use them again, as they are streets ahead of other leasing companies. The only word of warning is the theme tune on a call, whilst on hold will get stuck in your head for all eternity!!

My service was fantastic! Curtous staff very efficient kept me up to date at every stage would recommend to friends and family and I’m sure I will be a returning customer. Extremely happy with my car .

I spoke to lots of the staff for various reasons and everyone wss constantly helpful, friendly and professional.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Placed an order with Motorama over 2 weeks ago, paid a £500 deposit and received confirmation that vehicle had been secured.

Chased multiple times for an order completion and delivery date, and was told at every occasion that there was no problem with the order and the vehicle had been secured.

After more than a week was informed that in fact they had no vehicle, and it had never been secured. Asked to speak to a supervisor, again chased multiple times, and eventually got a call 6 days after that. Am still waiting for deposit to be returned.

Total cowboys!

Well managed process from start to finish

Very disappointing. I placed my order trusting their ‘best price guarantee’ on the website. I needed the car quickly so didn’t want to spend too much shopping for quotes.

Two days after I received my quote I did find the exact same car, term, mileage and deposit for £10 cheaper a month (£360 over the term) So I called there help line and was told that prices can’t be matched after quotes had been excepted, even though their site says otherwise.

Under their best price guarantee the website states ‘in the unlikely event you do find a better, equivalent deal elsewhere...we’ll match it. Or you can have a refund’. Also during the time between my quote and delivery, an offer was applied to my car which again, the website says ‘if anything happens that enables us to offer you an even better deal, we’ll make sure you get it...even if it’s the day before your car is delivered.’

With this I emailed the representative that was dealing with my quote, after two days of no response I emailed customer service. Another day or so passed and eventually someone did contact me... on the day before my delivery to say we’re sorry to hear you’ve had problems, unfortunately there is nothing we can do unless we cancel your order and start the three weeks process again. The complete opposite to what the website states. Had I of been in a position where I could of had another three weeks without a car I would of cancelled my order, though not for the better offer but to order elsewhere.

Also worth noting, I took four days some someone from the gap team to return my calls after repeatedly being told I would get a call right back.

A positive, the people at Vauxhall who arranged my collection and handover were brilliant.

This has been my first lease vehicle and I’m sure it won’t be my last but I don’t think i’ll lease with Motorama again.

I would like to say thanks to Conor and the team at Motorama for guiding us through the leasing process. This was our first time leasing and had many questions which were answered promptly and professionally. I look forward to using them again in the future.

The process was so easy from beginning to end. The website is very easy to use, you can easily adjust your requirements very easily. Once we had selected the right cars for us we could choose colour and delivery date. A phone call the next day with a friendly operative took us through the process and everything was explained. Forms were easy to fill in and any queries were just a phone call away (easy to get through).We were kept informed throughout the process and took delivery of the shiny new car just before Christmas. Would highly recommend.

Would 100% recommend Motorama to anyone looking for a new car. The whole process was seamless and so quick. Ollie made sure everything was done as I wanted it, and was quick to rectify the issues surrounding the incorrect interior trim when my car was delivered.

From the first point of contact I was assigned a representative who I dealt with throughout the process. He was pleasant and polite and very knowledgeable. He returned calls and worked really hard to get me the car I wanted at the budget I had to spend.
I cannot recommend Motorama enough and will be using them for my next lease

A huge thank you to Eloise for her fantastic service. When I first ordered my car in October with Ollie everything went smoothly until the dealership delivered the wrong coloured vehicle. Ollie then left Vanarama but Eloise took over and found me an even better deal and a higher spec car for the same price! She kept me informed every step of the way, arranged a courtesy car while i waited for the new one to be delivered and is a generally lovely young lady. Anybody ordering a car make sure you go to Eloise!

Great experience, dropped a star for my number somehow getting attached to a few other quotes in the system and also I got sent a contract for GAP insurance even though I said I didn't want it - luckily I read it before I signed electronically!

George Lima was a pleasure to deal with, super friendly, no sales rubbish, genuine bloke - give that guy a raise he's epic!

Most competitive quote I found. Fantastic service every step of the way and very knowledgeable staff. Would highly recommend and will use again when my lease expires. Very happy with my new car.
