A brilliant service from start to end. Great price, great staff, great car. Professional and efficient throughout. All staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Mainly looked after by Eloise who was outstanding.

It's been an excellent experience so far from ordering the car online, arranging the delivery date and having the car delivered, I've had no issues at all. Communication has been clear and timely.

I found the staff very helpful, friendly and professional at their job. They help me sort out the best insurance for my car as well.When I misplaced my paper work a quick call to them and they replaced it .

I obtained an online quote which was emailed to me on the Sunday. I arranged a test drive in the vehicle and and subsequently completed a full online application on the Thursday. I received an automated message to say someone would be in contact within two hours. After 24 hours I had heard nothing, so I called them to be told that the quote they had given me was incorrect and the correct quote was TWICE the original figure. The original quote then mysteriously disappeared - I received no apology for their error. Don't waste your time with these "amateurs"- there are far better leasing companies out there.

Brilliant. Great company - lots of communication, good quote, car delivered on time. Overall very pleasant experience and I would not hesitate to use them again. My only (tiny) suggestion for improvement would be a single point of contact throughout the process, but that's certainly not a deal breaker - everyone I spoke to was polite and well-informed. Well done Motorama!

Love the car, and cant fault the service. The only issue i had was that my car came a day late and i was stranded at work. They did help by paying taxi fares home and back to work the next day.

This was my first experience of leasing and the service has been excellent. Very helpful and friendly staff. Ordered my car couple of weeks ago and it was delivered yesterday a way ahead of estimated time. The whole experience has been great from the start to finish. Had my new car delivered this week. Ordered an Astra Elite Nav, all done online, can't fault the service and support from the guys. Driver rang me before delivery and gave me an approximate time, great service end to end!
