Amazing people. From the start of the process to getting my son wheelchair all contact was great. We would never be able to get this amazing wheelchair without them. Special thank you for Karen and Tom who worked with us directly to make this happen. Thank you to everyone who was involved in this miracle.

So from start to finish i have recieved such great care and advise. So ive recently bought the new xt4 all terrain chair from being assessed from mark Weston to many updates and contact from sarah Johnstone, I have enjoyed the service I have recieved from them
Special credit to sarah, she has been awesome. And being patient with me in regards to waiting for me to make payment. Never pushy and very understanding. She has great communication skills and telephone voice.

Dad was looked after from start to finish. Duncan was incredible and made sure dad had everything he needed etc. Sarah was amazing too helping to ensure dad was kept up to date with everything

The staff where always friendly on the phone line and when the bloke came out ro show me the mobility scooter and also deliver it. But wasn't made aware that the company does insurance & breakdown cover for scooters until I received my handover

Motus medical have been wonderful when dealing with our sons wheelchair power add on, from advice on which type to choose, to ordering and ensuring a perfect fit. Their customer service is excellent and Matt made sure everything was perfect before handing over. Thankyou so much.

The Engineer Tom came to our house,absolutely brilliant no hassle,serviced my son's Powered wheelchair,I have got the report as well,can't complain.

Both on the phone team and the person who came out was both very friendly answered the questions I sorted and got my new wheelchair today everything went well

Everything was very well organised, and within a reasonable timescale. The engineer was friendly and knowledgeable. The only issue is that the day after the visit the controller and bar fell off the wheelchair arm as there was nothing securing it. I effected a temporary repair with velcro.

I’ve purchased two wheelchairs from Motus mobility and I’ve been very satisfied with the purchase and after sales response from the company, especially Matt. He’s always been very helpful and responsive to any questions or assistance that I needed. Would highly recommend using them.

Fabulous service for my son’s wheelchair. Great price for an extremely thorough once over which ours our mind at ease for another year! Motus come to your home and their knowledge is second-to-none.
