Warren provided a very professional and comprehensive report. One of the best aspects of WM Property Surveys was the customer service around it all. From the initial phone calls & conversations with Zoe to the help we received digesting our survey and following up with the surveyor, the whole process was slick, on time and really centred around our needs. Would 100% recommend! The quality & level of survey will help us in maintaining our property for many years to come.

Both Zoe and Warren are amazing, their help and advice is invaluable. From the first call, Zoe is one of the most helpful people I have had the pleasure of dealing with, nothing is too much trouble and she has a lovely way of making you feel so looked after and Warren’s expertise and knowledge Is worth his weight in gold, which saved us from making what would have been a very costly mistake, I cannot say enough how fortunate we are to have come across them and would use them again in a heartbeat.

I contacted Zoe in mid-September to organise a survey on our new property, immediately she was able to organise a date and time for me. Within 1 week they’d had a postponement and expedited their appointment. The service and level of detail provided by Warren was first class and he provided us with every bit of detail we required. Amazing service from both Zoe and Warren through what has been a tricky first-time buying experience for us. Zoe took the time to explain the process in detail and answered all of our questions prior to choosing them. Warren explained all his findings over the phone with us for well over an hour. As neither of us are particularly clued up about construction, he was more than happy to simplify his findings for us and again answered all of our questions. This was the most expensive quote for a survey we had, however it is well worth the money for the peace of mind their service provides. Be careful choosing a company that provides a cheap quote - they may not have the same levels of qualifications and may miss things. Whilst you will pay more for their service it is worth every penny as it could save you a huge amount of money in the long run. Overall, a fantastic experience and could not recommend them highly enough!

Absolutely first class service from Midland Property Surveys from start to finish. Zoe was super friendly and helpful in the first instance when we first enquired and explained our specific needs and seemed genuinely interested in our house move, before we'd even become a customer. We got the impression early on that we were going to be getting a better, more thorough and much more personable service than other companies we'd looked at. We were not wrong - Warren's survey report was absolutely first class. The comprehensive detail of the report was acknowledged by the estate agent and this helped us a lot in our negotiations. We were able to renegotiate a reduction that far outweighed the cost of the survey and we also feel like we have some really critical information to move forward with in terms of the repairs that are needed and things to look out for in the future, so we think the report will be useful to us for many years to come. If we move house in future, we would not hesitate to use Midland Property Surveys again!

I used MPS over four years ago when buying my first property and now that I am in the process of moving on again, there was absolutely no doubt that I would ask for Midland Property Surveys to help! The service offered by MPS is second to none and I just cannot fault it.

Warren has always responded to enquiries promptly; usually on the same day if not within the following few hours. As is often the case with house moves, I was working to a tight deadline and despite Warren having a full diary, he kindly agreed to re-arrange his busy schedule to accommodate ours.

Having gone through the house sale and house purchase process, I have been able to compare the surveys completed by Warren against those completed on our properties. In my view, there is just no comparison. Warrens inspections are thorough and comprehensive with the same being reflected in a detailed and easy to read report. Warren covers every aspect that you would want investigating and I just wouldn’t use anybody else!

Warren and Zoe really took care of us. They were clear from the beginning about the process, quick to answer any enquiries and we recieved an initial phonecall (on the day of the survey) to go through it all. A week after, we had some questions about what was on the report. I dropped Warren an email and the next day he helped me to understand it better and offer some advice further. We got follow up reports on their recommendation which was great because we ironed out some issues with our vendor. Can't recommend them enough. I can highly recommend Midland Property Surveys Limited. Excellent communication. Warren and Zoe are very responsive to emails. The survey itself was very thorough. Warren took the time to explain issues to me as he conducted the survey. The written report itself is very comprehensive yet easy to understand. The survey highlighted an issue which needed further investigation. On the same day as the survey Warren provided a letter for me to send to a third party to initiate the further assessment. He has also offered advice and answered queries since the survey. I am so glad that I opted for this level of survey. It was well worth the cost. Warren is professional and knowledgable yet approachable. Highly recommended.

Booked the survey on Friday, had the report through by the Thursday. Simon was efficient and thorough, not to mention the cheapest quote I received so excellent value for money. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

TL:DR - Professional, quick, knowledgeable, worth every penny.

The initial queries for pricing was clearly explained by a lovely lady (Zoe) over the phone less than 15 mins after I sent in my request for a call back. She also backed up our call with an email with additional information providing a full breakdown of costs involved and an example report.
Warren who did our survey is very professional and had arranged a survey with the seller quickly. As soon as he was done he called us to give us a run down of the property and answer any initial questions of his findings. The full report followed quickly after and well within their estimated turn around (less than a week).
High quality photos are provided throughout the report especially in regards to any issues and the traffic light system for each point of investigation gave us a clear indication of any points for concern along with recommendations to rectify and questions that should be put to our solicitors.
As for pricing it has been worth every penny. Would definitely use this company again and happily recommend them to any of my friends.
