Couldn’t fault the install today, engineer James was polite and very helpful, helped re route installed cable which had been fitted incorrectly the the outside. No mess left either . Thanks James

5 Star service
Great rapport, understanding of what I required and where I wanted to put the box. She understood the mechanics of where my current box was and what was required to get the wires etc outside.

totally disappointed in recent…
totally disappointed in recent communication with you and zen.
email confirmation was not enough notice for an appointment a follow up phone call I approve the installation date would bee more suited
I'm not left with £100 call out charge.
to them have another appointment on 17th June 8am knock at the door absolutely unaware of with NO email confirmation this time .
how is that fair ?
they guy apologized and did wait for me to get the children to school he was excellent I can't fault installation guy.

Professionalism in every detail
Professionalism in every detail. Assistance in adapting the installation site (I'm sick and have trouble breathing) was provided by the engineers, who performed everything perfectly with a smile and kindness. Finally, I was instructed in the operation of the router. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

Fault repair
Zoe was brilliant. Fault was investigated, explained, fixed and retested very quickly. Zoe was friendly, chatty, and respectful.

quick and efficient
The engineer was friendly and considerate of our property. He set everything up easily and then tidied up after himself. I only give him 4 stars because we had to have a fault rectified, but even then he was very quick and knew exactly what was wrong. Overall good experience.

Great service
Kev provided a seamless move from our old provider across to Zen . Everything was dealt with by the company and the installation team arrived promptly. Thanks for all of your help with the crossover Kev and looking after us so well . You made the move super easy and have saved us money in the process . Highly recommended

From the moment I signed the contract
From the moment I signed the contract, it felt like the start of a beautiful romance. Messages came flooding in — actual humans from a real UK contact centre (I know, I was shocked too). A week before installation, the cabling appeared outside like a little love note saying, “We’re getting closer…”
Installation day arrived with a text giving me a one‑hour heads‑up — the modern equivalent of “I’m on my way, put the kettle on.” The installer was an absolute star: friendly, tidy, explained everything, and even let me choose where the magic box would live. No mess, no fuss, just pure connection bliss.
By the time he left, everything was up, running, and honestly… it felt like the start of a marriage made in heaven. Just don’t tell my partner.
Outstanding service — thank you for sweeping me off my feet.

Spoke to Neil Bainbridge at MS3 Friday…
Spoke to Neil Bainbridge at MS3 Friday and he recommended Zen Internet. I explained to him how much i had to rely on the Internet due to health issue and my now previous network provider i found 95% of the time I couldn't get the Internet. He said i would be connected by next week. The service i got from Neil was outstanding and i would definitely recommend Neil and MS3 to friends and family. He explained everything to me and then told me i should receive a call from Zen shortly. Sure enough within 30 mins they rang and was explained everything and my Internet was installed the following Wednesday. I'm extremely happy. Thank you Neil for making my experience easy.
