This travel agency utterly failed to provide any support when we needed it most. They refused to assist with booking alternative flights, leaving us to handle everything on our own. Our hotel was never informed about our extension, creating unnecessary stress and complications. The agency seems to have no sense of responsibility and does not prioritize customers at all. We strongly advise against using their services.

The team was very friendly and supportive.
Well organised trip.
Boat was very clean and the food was really nice.
Nothing to fault. Would highly recommended.

En het was een hele mooie ervaring het eten en het snorkelen was goed en het privé island was heel mooi om mee te maken echt een aanrader en we hadden een hele goede guide zijn naam was mora. Bedankt voor de mooie ervaring.

Mora was a very good guide , very friendly , helpful, trip was amazing and and second time snorkeling fish and coral was very nice , lunch was very good everything was nice and the Island was beautiful

We met Mokhles our rep for the first time on the morning after our arrival, which was organised with times through the hotel.

He was very welcoming, cheerful and put us to ease straight away. His language skills are excellent.

We organised all of our excursions with him and he was very helpful and let us know pick up times.

As he had some time before his next meeting we were able to talk about our families and enjoy a very good conversation with him.

He remained in contacts so we knew any problems we could contact him.

The company's excursions we chose were horse riding, city tour, boat trip and safari.

Very well organised with MTS company, transfers were great. No complaints.
Enjoyed them all.

Definitely recommend this company.

Hallo, wir haben eine Bootstour gebucht über mts. Wir wurden dann pünktlich abgeholt, 30 min Transfer zum Boot. Da ging es schon los. Die Crew auf dem Boot (Sea Star ) war nicht gerade zuvorkommend. Wir wurden auf das Deck geschickt um da über eine Stunde zu warten bis es dann ändlich auf Tour ging. FA HRT dauerte 20 min bis zur Marsa Mubarak Bucht. Dort angelegt ist es eine reine Massenabfertigung.Man wird in eine Gruppe gesteckt und muss bei der Gruppe bleiben. Im Wasser sieht man dann aber sehr schnell ein paar wirklich schöne und auch sehr grosse Schildkröten. Da ich diese Tour aber eher gemacht habe um die Seekuh (Dugong) zu sehen wurde ich leider enttäuscht da ich ja die Gruppe nicht verlassen durfte. Der zweite schnorchelspot war noch schlechter meiner Meinung nach. Es ging ins Wasser direkt neben Boot war das riff wo wir schnorcheln durften. Da war aber leider jede Gruppe fast und man hatte kein Platz und mußte aufpassen das man keine flossen ins Gesicht bekam.

Also ich werde keine solche Tour nichtmehr buchen da ich einfach keine Zeit bekam um in Ruhe das riff oder was auch immer anzuschauen. Das wird da wirklich wie am Fließband gemacht... rein durch und wieder raus. Ich gehe dann lieber nach Abu Dabbab mit Taxi g 20 Euro Eintritt und habe sehr viel Zeit um alles richtig zu erkunden.

Wir haben einen Ausflug nach El Gouna gebucht, einen ähnlichen Ausflug haben wir bereits vor Jahren einmal gemacht. Dieses mal war es jedoch um längen besser, dank Günter. Toller deutscher Reiseleiter, wir haben wesentlich mehr über El Gouna erfahren und eine menge gelacht. Ich würde jederzeit wieder einen Ausflug über mts buchen. Am liebsten wieder mit Günter. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Tag.

Das Hotel ist an und fürsich OK. Essen i.O, Personal sehr zuvorkommend.
Der Abend ist um 20.00 h vorbei. Gibt nur einen Ort zum Aufhalten. Dann Unterhaltung, Grottenschlecht, nur übermäßig laut, man kann sich nicht mal am Tisch unterhalten. Das ist Körperverletzung.
Aus diesem Grunde, ist Ali Baba nicht empfehlenswert.

I was recently in Tenerife and My mistake I took the wrong back pack from the boot of the bus We were second last to be dropped off and the other family were left with our back pack I made over ten calls and posted emails to ask the company to get in touch with the bus driver to ask where the family had been dropped off Both bags had medication so wanted urgently to get mine back and to return the gentleman’s back pack to him The bus company didn’t care and am back two weeks now and they still don’t care My iPad chargers medication and lots of other personal items were in the bag This company are a disgrace and their emails back shows how little regard they have for their customers

Wir haben einen Tagesausflug per Flugzeug von Hurghada nach Kairo gemacht.
Highlights: ägyptisches Museum und Pyramiden.
Alles war perfekt organisiert. Der Reiseleiter vor Ort hat sich um alles gekümmert. Vielen Dank, es war ein tolles Erlebnis!

MTS globe forgot our transfer to the airport. We tried to contact them by phone and whats-app but still no contact.
Our conclusion: unreliable company.

Wij zijn zeer tevreden over ons reisbureau, wij hebben een zeer goeie uitleg gehad over het aanbod kwa activiteiten die te doen zijn en worden aangeboden. Verder word alles goed verzorgd en hebben wij met fahim als onze reisgids een goede en fijne ervaring gehad hier in egypte.
