My little boy is fire engine crazy so I originally bought him a fireman dress up set from Mulberry Bush as a Christmas present. Like many children I think he changed his mind on Christmas gifts shortly before Christmas and wanted a "sword" instead. Luckily Mulberry Bush had a super action adventure dress up set complete with a toy sword. That is now wrapped up for Christmas and the Fireman dress up set has been put away as a birthday present!

Recently purchased Oldfield Farm. Both catalogue and website clearly show it with all animals and people when not included. Customer services weren't at all helpful when trying to resolve situation.

Lovely products, but shan't use again due to service received. Have put in complaint to ASA in the hope that other customers won't be misled.

I'm extremely happy with my recent purchases. The delivery was prompt and the quality of the toys is excellent. There is a wide range of products in the catalogue and I will definitely be making future purchases.

I was a long term customer of Letterbox, and ordered from the now Mulberry Bush in good faith. My order of a train set spelling a name was not as expected with repeat colours and I wanted to exchange one of the letters for blue or green to create balance and introduce the child to different colours - part of the point of the design! When I called I was told it was not in stock. Returns are at the cost of the customer but I decided to return one of the items, as I was able to find it in all colours elsewhere. It transpired that the cost of posting £2.80 was more than the £2.25 I would be refunded.

I called to explain this, asking if they would kindly on this occasion refund the £2.25 as a good will gesture, as they could easily have called to say the colours would be repeated before posting - as other companies do! I was amazed at the short sighted argumentative attitude of the owner, who would rather lose a customer than £2.25.

I have discovered that other companies eg. Hubbard's Toy Cupboard are selling the item at more than half Mulberry's prices with postage again half the cost!

As several customers have pointed out, £5 is a lot to spend for a lightweight package, when there are so many reliable postal services available at the fraction.

Above all I am pretty disgusted by the way I was spoken to.

Appalling customer service, I would not recommend using this company. They say the dispatch within 2 days but after 5 days I had to ring them. They had taken my order knowing they were having delays with dispatch but didn't tell me this. They claimed they ask to note things like birthdays but this is not signalled during the order process, its buried in the fine print somewhere. They offered no help to get me my present on time and were very rude to me on the telephone. Awful experience and a very disappointed birthday boy.

I bought some blue shark slipper socks for my 3 year old Grandson and he loves them.
I was told by email when they had been shipped and they arrived much sooner than I expected. Excellent service and product.

Unusually these days this company provides what it says in the catalogue. I've ordered two innovative products now, and they've arrived within a day or so, well packaged and even better quality and design than I expected. The garden water slide was really popular during the 2 days of sunshine we had last summer, and the children are already asking when we can get it out again (after the frosts have finished, I think!). The table trays are, as Lewis (aged 4) said, simply awsome. The children can't wait to use them in the car and on the plane.

I have ordered from Mulberry Bush more than once, each delivery has been within one or two days. The products are excellent quality, my grandson loves receiving his parcels from the postman. I am delighted with the soft handbag, a gift for a 1st birthday, I cannot wait to see the little one's face. I have recommended the company to friends and will certainly order again.

Great site for finding traditional and slightly different, good quality toys and gifts for children. Quick dispatch, great comms.

My toddler grandson has so enjoyed the wooden rainbow sound blocks and race track tower. Not only do they look beautiful and are fun to play with, they are amazingly robust. I can highly recommend both the toys and the company.

My niece is very pleased with her new toys. They are attractive, well made and good quality however I would have preferred to know how small they were (dimensions were provided) through a scaled photograph. I had imagined skittles would be at least 30cm tall - if I had not been surprised by how tiny they were I would certainly have given 5 stars.
I'll definitely be shopping here again.

Bright, colourful and great for imaginative play, colours, counting etc etc. My daughter loves it!

I always go first to Mulberry Bush as the toys are imaginative and solid and are the ones that last through families and are handed down . Service is quickm quality us high and prices are reasonable. New toys appear all the time and old favorites are not discarded so you can reorder for the new babies. Wonderful!

I purchased several items for my 5 year old granddaughter as I knew I would be looking after her for quite a few days in the Easter holidays and I needed things to keep her occupied. We have had fun flying the kite and making things with the sewing kit. I am saving the French Knitting and the Daisy-Chain making for next week.

Mulberry Bush dolls house, fantastic my grand daughter loves it. Really great construction and materials used, easy for little fingers to manage and will last for years, no easily broken pieces. Every toy ordered very carefully wrapped for delivery. I will be using this company for years to come and have already recommended to friends and family

Can't fault Mulberry Bush at all - ease of website, service, delivery and most importantly the product. All first class

I ordered some wooden train accessories for my grandson for his birthday (Christmas Eve) and also for Christmas Day. I ordered them early 1st December and they arrived very promptly. However, because of getting so many gifts for his birthday and Christmas, my grandson didn't look at all the accessories until the New Year.

Unfortunately, one of the accessories, a large turntable was broken when the box was opened. My grandson's mother telephoned Mulberry Bush who said they would contact the manufacturer and either send a spare part or a replacement to my address. The replacement arrived yesterday.

I would highly recommend this company. The toys and games they sell are excellent and of high quality, but not high prices.
