I love the products that are stocked on this site and really wanted to make some purchases, but at checkout their address drop downs are decades out of date, and don't show my county at all, so couldn't complete the purchases.

Ordered some lovely, unusual gifts for our 2 years old grandson. I was kept up to date with despatch details etc. the parcel was well packaged and I’m very happy with my purchases. I would recommend.

A superb range of quality toys available, and a personalisation service available too. I ordered a wooden toy for my granddaughter, and requested personalisation. My decision was a little 'last minute' before a planned trip, but Mulberry Bush beat all my expectations! I ordered on Tuesday afternoon, selected the faster delivery option but imagined the personalisation would still mean a wait of several days. The package arrived Thursday early afternoon. Brilliant, secure packaging, and a quick check of the item revealed a quality toy, and with great personalisation too. I would thoroughly recommend Mulberry Bush and will shop here again. I ordered three towels with personalised names on them for next day delivery. Had never ordered from Mulberry Bush before and was a little wary - but it turns out I need not have worried. The towels were personalised and shipped the same day and arrived the next afternoon, which was SO much faster than any of the big brands and other retailers I'd been looking at. The products were also decent quality - lovely clear embroidery on the names and the towels were a good smoky grey colour. Just what I wanted, really pleased and would recommend again. Thank you so much!

I ordered personalised notepaper and gel pens for two children's birthday presents. The notepaper was lovely but the gel pens came in the worst, cheapest-looking packaging. The label on the front was awful and covered the front of the pens so you couldn't see they had the recipient's names on. I tried to remove the label and it left awful glue marks so I ended up having to take the pens out the packaging and wrapped them loose (not ideal!). While the pens themselves looked nice the packaging is important if they're going to be a gift, so I would only buy these if you're keeping them for yourself.

Package arrived on time. It was well packaged and contents were perfect when unwrapped. Ordering process was easy and email communication was prompt and clear.

My parcel arrived today. The lead time from the order was very good considering that I ordered a personalised item. The crayons look to be of good quality and I think they will be well received on Christmas Day.
I will be having a browse through the enclosed catalogue you sent. The crayons could be the first step to a less stressy Christmas.

I had no issues with my purchase and the customer service was great (the initial item was damaged and Mulberry Bush quickly sorted a replacement, sent free of charge and told me to keep the original item too).

However, after purchasing from Mulberry Bush, I received an influx of unsolicited mail.

After contacting one of the companies, I learned that they purchased my personal data from Mulberry Bush.

I did not opt into this so I contacted them and was told:

“We do have a box for you to tick if you do not wish us to share your data”

This is a breach of GDPR.

Opt-out boxes are not allowed under GDPR.

Assumed consent is not sufficient to sell customer data.

I have explained this to Mulberry Bush but their response was that it is stated in their privacy policy that they will share your personal data unless you opt-out.

Again, this is not permissible under GDPR.

So proceed with caution and be sure to tick the box to opt out of third party contact unless you want your name on the mailing list of 100s of companies and charities!

I spoke with the ICO who confirmed you had breached GDPR by using an opt out box rather than an opt in box.

They will hopefully be in touch to advise you on how to become GDPR compliant.

I really am surprised that even still you are unable to grasp that opt out boxes are not permitted under GDPR.

Considered purchase due to price, but not disappointed - good quality and not to difficult to assemble the house.
The sets are beautiful and intend to keep some back as presents for my granddaughter’s next birthday and this Christmas.

Brought the LIVE Butterfly Farm Kit to find out that it doesn't come with Live Butterfly larvae! an additional postage cost is required for the Larvae once you receive the hoop in the post? not clear when purchasing this product, the picture showing the kit clearly shows the box of live larvae included so why are you charging again! for posting the whole kit and why is up to the customer to contact the Larvae supplier, surely thats your job? Highly Deceiving to say the least!

We had an issue with a Galt product purchased through the site - the people at Mulberry Bush couldn't have been more helpful. They contacted Galt on my behalf and got them to send a replacement part.

They even emailed me after a few days to say they hadn't forgotten about me and were chasing up as they hadn't heard yet from Galt.

Galt sent the item quickly too. All round good experience.

My order got sent to the wrong address. They tried to blame me saying I entered the wrong address when that was not the case. They then said I had to go and collect my order myself or pay for a new one. Disgusting service and a disappointed 4 year old

For Christmas 2022 I ordered my son the big yellow crane. Fantastic item - he adores it. Recently, probably due to over excited toddler use, one of the turning wheels came lose which meant he couldn't wind the winch back up. I emailed Mulbery Bush asking if I could buy a replacement part. The following week we got a surprise parcel in the mail. Let me tell you, Mulberry Bush went above and beyond with the replacement item. Little boy absolutely over the moon! Top company! Highly recommend!!

I ordered a puzzle from Mulbery Bush and was disappointed when it did not come. On further investigation we discovered I had put the wrong address on it and hadn’t read the confirmation order which showed the incorrect address I had put.
Thanks to Mulberry Bush for their patience whilst we discovered what had happened. Top tip don’t order late at night.

Possibly the worst shopping decision I ever made. My elderly mum showed me the catalogue and we choose things for my girls for Christmas. It seemed so cute I sent ideas to my mother in law. EVERYTHING MY CHILDREN GOT WAS TOTAL RUBBISH AND BROKE/DIDNT WORK. TOTAL RIP OFF.
Childrens bows and arrows.. didn’t fire even 5cm let alone a meter!! Just flopped down.
The Cats and dogs umbrella broke on first opening the plastic was so flimsy!
The pogo sticks have such stiff springs that they don’t bounce at all! Or even move!
The children hair highlights did nothing not a jot of colour on their hair!
The volcano didn’t erupt! It was rubbish
The sea scope is totally useless you can’t see anything.
We called and complained about the bows ( the other gifts hadn’t been played with opened by then) and they said if we send them back they will refund my mother in law. She received nothing.( see below)
Hundreds of wasted pounds and disappointed children. Do not buy from this scam company!!! I feel sick at the total waste of human time, and landfill rubbish!!!
******And in reply to your answer below about not selling this stuff, that’s total rubbish!!!! I have photo shots from you website! If trust pilot would let me post them I would. You may have changed you catalogue since Christmas which is handy eh!
And sorry yes, my mother in law did find the refund on her account so that’s a small positive. Please take time to try and use the stuff you sell it!

We were so pleased with the 'Zoo Building Blocks' that we looked again at Mulberry Bush Toys for our great niece's Christmas present & fell in love with Oldfield Farm & opted for the bundle which seemed excellent value. Received it today, without unpacking it, it all looks to be every bit as good as we'd hoped & we're sure it will be a hit on Christmas morning.
