Exceptional customer service and great product.
I ordered the two sample pots looking for a new brand as quite a few of the very famous ones I had found to be harsh or not to my taste.
I asked for a small favour to help me with my decision making process and was offered generosity above and beyond. I'm so grateful.
The products are excellent, the flavours really distinct and different to anyone else. The nicotine is satisfying Muse has me as a customer now. Really appreciated. Easy 5 stars.

After having some issues with a free trial pack the very helpful Jade sorted me out with some more samples! Excellent service I will definitely use them again, good pouches too Iâve tried are quite drying or sore but these ones are good.

Good flavour, defective seals.
I took the very generous free sample of 2 tins, the flavours are nice and accurate, the reason for such a low rating is due to the fact that around 30% of the pouches where defective, there seems to be a problem with the sealing process for the pouches, they often leak their contents. Another reason is personal preference, I prefer pouches that have some moisture. If they fixed the defective seals, I would gladly use these.

I received 2 pouches to trial with just postage to pay.
I had the liquorice and the cherry which were both very pleasant with no after tastes like some other brands have. The nicotine was just right. I had 6mg with no side effects yet other brands of the same mg made me feel sick and dizzy.
I look forward to trying other flavors they have.

Excellent flavours and pouches last longer than most. My favourite brand at the moment. I would give 5 stars but I would like to see a loyalty or subscription discount scheme. Overall if I see these implemented or something similar I can see myself staying long term with this brand.

In hindsight not sure I ordered the right flavours for my personal taste, but the pouches are certainly more flavoursome than other brands I have tried!
Edit - Muse have since displayed incredible customer service in the form of letting me try out some different flavours that are better suited to my taste. The pouches really are the most flavourful around and I do recommend the brand!

I ordered both cola ice (18mg) and irn bru (24mg) however the irn bru can had 24mg displayed on the top part of the can but were actually 12 mg. They were also advertised as 24mg so Iâm unsure why they are not.

Just got my second order from muse, i wasn't sure about them but the free samples confirmed that the whole experience of snus is better with muse.
The last pouches I used get from a different brand got all weird and slimy after 20 mins, I thought that was normal until I tried muse and it opened up a whole new snus experience for me. I forget the pouch is in there, imo there isn't that nicotine leaking out with salvia that sometimes makes you feel a bit ill and the price/flavour variety combined with a good selection of strength makes for a very good product!
