**issue resolved - Nic Pouches are 7.5/10 - Energy pouches - 5/10
Item was never received - contacted the customer support team 3 times since the 28th october and not had any response.
review can change if the customer support team reaches out and rectifies this issue.
**Edit 20/11/25 - Customer services got in contact with myself and rectified the issue of not receiving items.
Nic pouches are really good 7.5/10, flavour and sensation are both there. They do run a little cold on the gums, a warmer experience would be nicer.
Energy pouches were a 5/10 - flavour was nice and effects whilst using them were what you expect. However the crash that followed was insane. will maybe try the weaker ones (i had 140mg) next time to see if they're any better
Strawberry, rasberry & cherrry flavour is really good.
