We’re sorry to hear that the 18mg strength didn’t feel as strong for you compared to other brands. Every pouch is designed a little differently, and with Muse we use a long-lasting dry format that provides a gradual release of flavour and nicotine. We understand this may feel less immediate for some users, especially those used to wetter pouches.

Just to clarify, our usage guidance (as printed on our tubs and available on our website - https://musepouches.co.uk/pages/how-to-use-muse-nicotine-pouches) states:

"Tuck one pouch between your upper lip and gum. No chewing or swallowing needed. Muse uses a long-lasting dry pouch. Unlike wet pouches, it takes a few minutes to activate. Flavour and nicotine build gradually and can last up to 60 minutes.

(*side note* If you are looking for a faster kick to flavour and nicotine, gently roll the pouch with your tongue to moisten it and speed up flavour and nicotine release.)

Once it’s activated, enjoy the pouch for up to an hour. Once you're done using the pouch, make sure to dispose of it properly. You can either throw it into a bin or place it securely in the storage compartment on top of the can."

At no point do we use words such as “spit” in our branding, labels, website, or communications — and we’d like to reassure you that our intention is always to keep our guidance clear and respectful.
