They collected 93£ from my account and cancel my booking on the morning of our appointment due not have availability on the ! They said it takes 10 days to get my money back!
I took that day off to spend some time with my daughter on her school break and they ruined it for us! Customer service is super basic and the lady on the phone was only saying sorry with no solution ! I asked them to book us for another day and they said we can’t! Go on the website and book it again for another time
Go directly to the website of the event and avoid this website for any cost!!!!!!
